Pelican Creek is a family friendly pool home named after the unmistakable coastal bird and the Creek that runs through the back yard. Stay at the home and relax just minutes from all conveniences and the beach. Malls, restaurants, grocery stores, golf courses, and the beach are all within minutes of this home. However, you may not want to leave this entertainer's dream. The outdoor heated pool is perfect for winter and summer days. And the stocked game room will have you hoping for a rainy day.

Pelican Creek is ready to be your vacation home!

The home features an expansive backyard with a large heated pool and a built in spa perfect for any month of the year. There are plenty of areas for the family to gather whether it be at the indoor dining room table that seats 8 comfortably, an outdoor dining table, the large living room perfect for watching sports or late night movies, a game room stocked with board games, shuffle board table, bumper pool, poker table, and two standup arcade games.

When not enjoying the entertainment spaces, there are three large rooms with king beds perfect for relaxing after a fun day in the sun. One of the sofa beds folds out in to a queen size bed for an extra guests you may have.

The home is dog friendly, but there is a non refundable pet fee of $120 that will be charged after the booking is confirmed.

There are two cameras on the property. One in front and one in back overlooking the entrances - there are absolutely NO cameras inside or facing the inside of the homes.

Check-in is at 4 pm, but when possible, an early check-in can be offered between 8 am and 4 pm for an additional fee of $25/hr.

Checkout is at 11 am, but when possible a late checkout can be offered as late as 4 pm at the same rate.
I am available whenever you need me through the Airbnb App and I typically respond very quickly.

Throughout your stay, you will have Matt serving as your personal Concierge. As a host, he has received over 200 five star reviews and counting. You will have access to him to answer any questions you have, make adjustments to your reservation, help assist you with any problems that might arise during your stay, and so much more. When you message us, Matt automatically receives your message and will respond quickly.

Thank you for letting us stay at your beautiful home! It had everything we were looking for and MORE! The pool, fire pit, the game room were perfect for entertaining. It was extremely neat, clean and beautifully decorated. The master bath was unbelievable! We truly enjoyed our short time here!

Stay was great overall. Few repairs needed here and there but that’s to be expected. Host Matthew was a gem and responded quickly whenever I had a question. Would definitely stay again!

This property is not well maintained and needs much attention. Landscaping is desperately needed. There is damaged lawn furniture throughout the backyard. There are weeds growing out of the roof gutters. The pool was very dirty and unusable. The patio lights didn’t work. So we weren’t able to sit outside either. The outdoor conditions were very disappointing as it was a main factor in selecting this property. The master bedroom lights didn’t work. I messaged the owner and received a response of how to troubleshoot but no offer to assist. The power surges when the AC clicks on and off. The neighborhood is not very safe. Wouldn’t recommend or stay again.

The pics did not do the home justice! The inside of the house was immaculate along with the pool/grill area. IF there was anything that I would suggest would be better curb appeal in the front and far back yard, update the landscaping, clear the vegetation by the creek out some but overall, it is still well above a 5 as a rating!

The house was great. The heated pool was amazing! The property manager Matt even check in and made sure everything was going well on Christmas Day. Awesome home and customer service!
