Goditi le incredibili viste sul golfo da questo condominio d'angolo eccezionalmente pulito. L'Unità 406, in condomini Oceanside molto ricercati, ti stupirà con la fantastica luce solare naturale e le favolose viste all'ultimo piano. Goditi albe e tramonti dal tuo ampio balcone sul Golfo. Cucina completamente attrezzata con macchina Keurig, macchina per il caffè, frullatore, tostapane, padella elettrica e tutte le pentole e padelle necessarie per preparare ottimi pasti e ricordi.

Il condominio include l'accesso al nostro magazzino con sedie a sdraio e ombrelloni, un baldacchino e un dispositivo di raffreddamento. L'unità di stoccaggio ha anche numerosi galleggianti da piscina, razzi da immersione e giochi di sabbia per la spiaggia! Il condominio è fornito di asciugamani, lenzuola, cuscini e coperte. Questo condominio confortevole e ben aggiornato offrirà un'esperienza di vacanza incredibile.

Il complesso ben tenuto Oceanside ha una piscina riscaldata, una vasca idromassaggio e uno spazio verde perfetto per i giochi in giardino o per giocare a pesca. Il patio esterno ha accesso diretto alla spiaggia e un barbecue a gas.

Camera matrimoniale = 1 letto matrimoniale. Spaziosa camera da letto principale con bagno interno, cabina armadio, smart TV, ventilatore a soffitto e tende oscuranti a scomparsa.

Camera per gli ospiti = 2 letti queen size, TV a schermo piatto e ventilatore a soffitto.

Soggiorno = divano letto matrimoniale con lenzuola extra disponibili, TV a schermo piatto e ventilatore a soffitto.

L'unità dispone di 3 TV a schermo piatto, TV via cavo e WiFi gratuito e sicuro. Lavatrice e asciugatrice si trovano all'interno dell'unità. L'edificio ha un ascensore con un posto auto coperto riservato per gli ospiti dell'Unità 406 con parcheggio in loco aggiuntivo.

Oceanside, costruito nel 2004, si trova direttamente sulla spiaggia nella pittoresca cittadina di Indian Rocks Beach. Oceanside Condos è uno dei preferiti dai vacanzieri per la sua fantastica posizione. È a pochi passi da ottimi ristoranti, gelaterie, locali notturni e un grande negozio di CVS. Prendi il carrello da spiaggia per un modo semplice e divertente di esplorare Gulf Blvd da Clearwater Beach fino a St. Pete's Beach. La fermata del carrello è a pochi passi dal condominio. Il condominio Oceanside si trova a 35 minuti in auto dall'aeroporto internazionale di Tampa.

We love this property and return to it every year. We were so relieved to see that the hurricanes left no noticeable damage unlike many other properties in the area. Andra is easy to communicate with and the condo and cabana are well stocked with everything you need.

This place has it all! It was by far the best stocked place we’ve stayed. Beds were amazingly comfy. This is our 2nd time staying at Oceanside. From the views to the pool,beach, and close proximity to restaurants and nightlife it’s a perfect place for families. We’re already planning our next trip!

The condo was wonderful! Everything was very clean, well kept and comfortable. Being given access to the beach locker was very nice and most useful. The covered parking was much appreciated. The location was great for restaurants, shopping, etc. We would recommend this property to anyone who is looking to stay in the area.

The condo, property, and beach exceeded our expectations. The owners thought of everything a family might need to enjoy a relaxing vacation at the beach. They have beach gear, pool toys, laundry detergent, dishwashing liquid, bathroom essentials, spices, and so much more. We were really impressed. It NEVER felt crowded at the beach or pool. The location of this condo is fantastic! It is located in walking distance to many local restaurants, cafes, and stores. If you want a more lively atmosphere all you need to do is hop in a car for a 15 min drive down the road to Clearwater or John’s Pass. I believe you can take a public trolly to Clearwater if you don’t have a car. We visited Honeymoon Island, Caledesi, Egmont Key, and Three Rooker Island. All were unique and definitely worth visiting! There is also a nice little wild bird sanctuary about 5 mins down the road that we really enjoyed. Make sure you swing by the Kooky Coconut for a Cuban!

WOW, What a great unit! Beautifully arranged and decorated! Very clean and housekeeping uses All free and clean detergent to laundry the towels and linens. All just smells CLEAN! For us, this is wonderful! Thank you Host , it was a great vacation.

This is a beautiful condo in a great location and Andra was the best host I have ever dealt with. We have stayed in another unit in this same complex but changed to this one this year. What a great decision that turned out to be! This unit is not only nicer, but is also well stocked. Not just the kitchen and other items in the condo, but also the storage locker full of everything you could want for the beach and pool. This is a huge bonus when you’re flying and can’t easily bring those types of items with you. Andra was so easy to work with and we really appreciated her willingness to help us check in a bit earlier due to our flight schedule. It was nothing but a positive experience all around. We will be looking forward to staying here again sometime in the future.

Beautiful condo with a great view of the ocean. Located within walking distance to several nice restaurants. Guest book and welcome book containing a wealth of information about the area, including restaurant menus, trolley stops and activities. Beach access within steps of the condo.

We stayed in the area two years prior so had a baseline for comparison. This unit is immaculate. Clean organized, there is almost nothing you won't need for kitchen, launch and bath. Add to that a fully stocked beach closet downstairs and this place will not disappoint. The owner, Andra, communicated instructions very well and responded to questions in a few hours. If I find myself back in the area in the future, I'm looking to see if this unit is available first.

We had an amazing week at Oceanside! We loved the area because it was so quiet compared to other places we have stayed. There are restaurants within walking distance. Our teens utilized the trolley to go to John's Pass to hang with friends. The condo was beautiful, just as described. It was clean and very well stocked. It's the small things like having aluminum foil and plastic wrap available. There were spices and salt & pepper. Andra made us feel welcome from the start. We even received a message about bad weather that was rolling in and how to be prepared - so thoughtful! The beach was amazing as were the sunsets. Since the area has less visitors, the beach never felt full. We loved the heated pool & hot tub. The owner's storage was filled with lots of beach chairs, umbrellas, boogie boards, skim boards, sand toys, and inflatables. Again, it's the little things that mean so much especially when flying down for vacation. Great condo; great hosts...we would definitely go there again.

Unit is as described. It was clean and in good shape. Plenty of room for our group of four. We had stayed in a different unit here a few years back and really enjoyed the building amenties and location. Location is great as there are rstaurants in walking distance or a short drive away. We also like that its a quieter area of the beach. This was our 3rd time staying in Indian Rocks Beach and we'll probably be back.

We have stayed at many properties on Indian Rock and Indian Shores through the years. We have never been disappointed with our accommodations. This one is no exception. It was very nice, clean, well furnished with all little things you might need. Great view of beach from the balcony. Owner was very helpful and friendly. We would consider staying again for sure.
