The place was exactly as pictured. Clean and beautiful. Everything was easy and this rental saved me after a broken A/C was discovered at my initial rental. So grateful for the owner and property manager letting us jump in last minute.

Property was as expected per the listing in layout and decor. New Bed in primary bedroom was great. Linens were nice. Low end uncomfortable furniture in living room. Missing blind slats on slider (that opened out to the complex entrance roadway) were never fixed creating a privacy issue. Air handling system was spewing out mildew/mold smelling air. Mildew was in the slider tracks, window frames and on patio furniture. These were the major issues. Called immediately upon arrival, sent an email with items needing addressing and asked for either another property to stay at or some redress. After a couple conversations further calls/emails went unanswered/ignored. For $3000/wk I expect much better. We have rented homes in Florida and Caribbean for the last 12 years and never had this issue. Would not stay at an Evolve property again.

Great location, close to many beaches, stores, golf courses, and restaurants. The pool was awesome and easily accessible. The property manager was extremely responsive with any questions we had. The only con was that there was very little outside sitting at our unit. There were two chairs and a small table. Basically enough for two adults only.

Overall this was a great property. The unit was spacious and clean. The kitchen and living area were beautiful with nice granite counters and enough room for a family of 6 to spread out and not feel cramped. The two bathrooms were perfect. The place would have been a 10 out of 10 except the mattress in the master bedroom was really, really, really bad. My fiance and I tried to sleep on it for a couple nights, but with no box spring and it's age....it was just impossible. We spent the first couple nights tossing and turning while we sunk into this old mattress until we finally swapped bedrooms with the kids and took their bed giving them the master room and bathroom. If they get a new firm mattress the place would be perfect - otherwise I'd recommend taking the smaller room for the adults.

The condo was great! It has everything you need to enjoy your vacation! Kimberly was awesome and helpful and accommodating! We loved the view from the living room and area around the condo! We will visit again!!!

The only thing we didn’t like was the sheets, they would come off the bed each day. Need to get better sheets. The area was great, Kimberly was wonderful and patient. The condo was very nice. I would stay again. BTW the pool is heated! It was wonderful!
