The space
The Serene green boasts of space in this 4 unit building. It has a large walk in closet, an on suite bathroom in the bedroom and full kitchen/dining area equipped with a large flat screen TV. It is also connected directly to the laundry room for guest convenience.

This pet friendly unit has a beautiful fenced in backyard with a quaint patio table for waking up to the sunshine city with the perfect cup of coffee.

This unit is one of 4 units in the building, it is conveniently located off of a major 4-lane road for easy access to the highway and downtown St. Pete. Please note that there is city noise associated with this location, as it is on a major transit route.

We are located right in the heart of St Pete 10 min in either direction to downtown St Pete or the stunning white sandy beaches this area has to offer.
