“Buen servicio y atención al cliente excelente, desde el valet parking hasta el staff en la playa. La comida buena. Ubicación perfecta para relajarte. Vista al mar preciosa en playa privada, buena vista al sunset desde la picina. Desayuno buffet completo. Cuartos limpios y cómodos.”

“Sono andata in questo hotel dietro consiglio di una guida. L'aspetto dell'hotel è molto bello e ricco di storia, è un vero e proprio simbolo a St.Pete. Purtroppo peró siamo rimasti molto delusi in primis dalla camera, troppo piccola considerando sia il prezzo che l'esclusività dell'hotel e anche gli standard americani a cui eravamo abituati. Il bagno era davvero imbarazzante... non potevamo usarlo contemporaneamente ma solo a turni. L'accoglienza è stata fredda e ci sentivamo solo un numero.....

“The website didn't state that parking was paid. Upon check-in, I was told not to worry—they wouldn't charge me for parking. However, at check-out, they charged $25 per day. I pointed out again that there was no information on the website about a parking fee, but the receptionist said the policy had changed recently and processed the charge anyway. I do not recommend this hotel.”

“The property is excellent. Great location next to Beach Road and great views of the bay from the hotel. One of the restaurants forget the name is Michelin mentioned spectacular setting and great food. Massage service first rate. The concierge very helpful setting up dinner on a holiday weekend.”
