Magnifica villa con piscina riscaldata a 7 minuti a piedi dal centro città

Villa "La Cigale" di 86 mq su unico livello, solo per voi, classe 3*, parcheggio privato (3 auto), si trova in un piacevole complesso residenziale a soli 7 minuti a piedi dal centro città (con il suo mercato ogni mercoledì mattina) a 3 minuti da la panetteria e vicino ai negozi.
Villa calda e ben arredata, la cucina è aperta sul soggiorno che dà accesso alla terrazza ombreggiata per i vostri pasti.
Piacevole giardino con piscina 7x3,5m, custodita e riscaldata da1 maggio a 15 settembre, oltre ad un patio per rilassarsi al canto delle cicale, un barbecue per le serate in famiglia o con gli amici.
La villa dispone di 3 camere da letto con letto da 160 cm, un bagno (asciugacapelli a muro), WC separato. E' inoltre dotato di due condizionatori oltre che di internet (fibra).
Un servizio accurato per un soggiorno indimenticabile, viene fornita tutta la biancheria per la casa, vengono fornite lenzuola, asciugamani da bagno e teli piscina, strofinacci, pastiglie per lavastoviglie e lavatrice oltre a tutti i prodotti per la manutenzione e la pulizia della cucina (detersivo per piatti, spugna, ecc.) .)
Pulizie d'uscita incluse, ma la cucina è OBBLIGATORIA a carico del vacanziere.
La posizione centrale di St Rémy de Provence vi permetterà di visitare il Massiccio delle Alpilles e questi Siti Tipici come Glanum e Saint Paul de Mausole, i suoi bellissimi villaggi circostanti come Les Baux de Provence, Fontvieille, Arles, La Camargue, Les Saintes Marie de la Mer, Avignone, Marsiglia e Les Calanques. Eine sehr freundliche und aufmerksame Vermieterin, die jederzeit ansprechbar ist. Ein sehr gut ausgestattetes und gut konzeptioniertes Haus, mit schönem Pool. Das Haus ist sehr gepflegt und sauber, die Zimmer schön und funktional gestaltet. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Urlaub in der Provence.Das Haus war sehr schön, wirklich wie auf den Bildern. Der Pool war das Highlight, besonders für die Kinder.Die Küche war super ausgestattet, im Bad gab es reichlich Haken ( die sind ja immer zu wenig).Auch die Lage war toll, ein schöner Ort, Bäckerei in der Nähe und Ortszentrum mit Geschäften und Restaurants keine 10 Minuten zu Fuß.Bekannte Sehenswürdigkeiten und Städte gut mit dem Auto zu erreichen.Wirklich sehr empfehlenswert.

Our stay at Valérie’s property was absolutely amazing!! The home was beautiful and clean and a short easy walk to downtown. The home had anything you could possibly need and they even brought in a crib and infant needs for our 11 month old! The pool was incredible and perfect for midafternoon breaks in the hot weather. Valérie was so sweet and easy to communicate with. This is probably my favorite property I’ve ever stayed at and I hope to be back!

We've just returned from 3 weeks in St Rémy at this lovely property. The villa is very well and comfortably furnished and equipped with everything you could possibly need. I can only endorse the comments of previous reviewers regarding the impeccable cleanliness and upkeep of the villa and its brilliant location - close to the historic centre of St Rémy but in a quiet and peaceful quartier. The (heated!) pool and private garden with shaded areas and comfortable seating made it a joy to sit and relax outside. Valérie and her husband are delightful hosts - helpful yet discreet and easy to communicate with. What more do you need?

Nous étions 3 couples pour découvrir les Alpilles en cette fin d'octobre. La maison a beaucoup participé au succès de notre séjour ainsi que l'accueil de Valérie, sa propriétaire. Maison bien décorée, d'une propreté irréprochable, parfaitement équipée. L'extérieur n'est pas oublié,très bien aménagé . L'environnement de la maison est calme. Le centre ville de St Rémy et tous les commerces sont accessibles en 10 mn à pied. Pour découvrir St Rémy et ses environs c'est une location idéale que je recommande vivement. Le jardin est errasse à l'ombre ou ensoleillée

Valérie war vom ersten Kontakt an eine großartige Gastgeberin. Die Kommunikation verlief proaktiv und absolut unkompliziert. Das Haus ist ein Traum und nur ein paar Minuten Fußweg vom Stadtzentrum entfernt. Es ist perfekt ausgestattet (es fehlt absolut nichts), makellos sauber und sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet.

Super maison , équipement mieux qu’à la maison , bon emplacement, extérieur très agréable Nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans cette maison en profitant de la piscine . Valerie est une personne très agréable, j’ai apprécié son accueil chaleureux et sa délicate intention en partant . Boulangerie à 3 min à pied , pratique pour la baguette du petit déjeuner. Très appréciable d’aller à pied dans le centre de Saint Rémi . Il ne manquait rien .

Villa Cigale is a beautifully decorated, spacious and comfortable property. It is spotlessly clean and thoughtfully equipped with literally everything you may need for your stay. The air con worked well and kept us cool in the 37degree heat. The garden was lovely with plenty of shady and sunny areas and the pool was a good size and temperature. The location was great - a short walk to the bakery and town centre and the supermarket was a 5 minute drive away. Saint Remy is a good base for exploring the local towns. Valerie the host is delightful. We had really good communication on What's App before and during our stay and she was really helpful. We wouldn't change anything about this villa and would highly recommend it.

Prachtig, proper modern huis, perfect gelegen. Op wandelafstand van het stadje. Rustig gelegen. Prachtige tuin met zeer aangenaam zwembad. De ontvangst was zeer hartelijk. Een absolute aanrader!! Het huis was nog beter dan de foto’s deden vemoeden

We spent a lovely week here - the villa was clean and beautiful both inside and out - the pool in particular was absolutely gorgeous. Situated in a peaceful area, and also an easy walk into town, so the best of both worlds! San Rémy really is a beautiful little town and we loved it more and more every time we went there. Valérie was.the perfect host- thank you so much.

La villa est très joliment décorée et l'espace extérieur charmant avec sa piscine, le coin salon sous la pergola, les nombreux transats. Elle se situe dans un lotissement très calme et à quelques minutes à pieds du centre de St Rémy. Tout a été pensé et prévu pour répondre aux besoins des vacanciers. Notre séjour a été parfait ! Et si nous retournons à St Rémy ce sera dans cette villa!

Het huis was fantastisch, we hebben nog nooit zo’n schoon huis gehad. De ligging is perfect, lekker rustig, maar dichtbij het centrum. Om de hoek ligt een bakker en andere afhaalzaakjes.

We had a wonderful week in this gorgeous town. Valérie’s house is really special, she has made sure that there is everything that you could possibly want and it is modern and clean and the outside area is fantastic. Communication with Valerie beforehand and while we were there was great, and we will certainly be returning. The house is 5 minutes walk to a boulongerie and 10 minutes walk into the town centre. We have so many happy memories of our trip, Arles, Avignon and Baux-de-Provence as well as St Remy of course. So happy to have found Valérie’s gorgeous house.

Valerie’s property is incredibly beautiful and relaxing - we stayed 6 nights with my 4 year old and 8 month old baby and enjoyed the villa so much. It was super clean, the pool was amazing and the kitchen and overall property had everything we needed to have a very comfortable and enjoyable stay. Valerie was also such a kind host and really made us feel like we clone and like it was home!! We were also very pleasantly surprised by Saint-Remy - there are tons of delicious restaurants within walking distance and their Wednesday Provençal market is fantastic. We will be back! My husband and I booked this house with our 2 yr old son and grandparents. It was the perfect amount of space for us. Looked just like the photos. We really liked the town of St. Remy (10 min walk to center of town from home) as our “home base” and took several day trips throughout our week stay. The backyard which offered both sun and shade was a real draw for us. We spent our evenings cooking and eating outdoors with dips in the pool! Valérie, Our host, was very communicative, responsive and a pleasure to rent from.

Valerie was a charming and helpful host - every thing in the house was high quality and super clean, the pool was fantastic and outside furniture and bbq superb. The location was brilliant 200m from boulangerie and deli and small rotisserie and just 10 mins walk into town, where there are plenty of restaurants! You could even get away without a car. It was probably amongst the best two / three places we have stayed in, in over twenty years of travelling to France. Highly recommend.

Nous avons passé une excellente semaine dans cette très belle villa, meublée et décorée avec goût. D'une très grande propreté. Literie top. Sans oublier la terrasse extra, dont hélas nous n'avons pas pu profiter à cause du temps, mais j'imagine qu'avec la piscine en plus ça doit être génial. Merci Valérie pour votre accueil et nos échanges très agréables. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir.
