Hotel sulla spiaggia a St. Thomas e St. John

“I like the colation, literally steps from the airport, amazing views to the ocean and they have great coffee available and free in the lobby. I don’t like that there’s still opportunity to improbe the cleaning. The tv only have 4 channels and it was impossible to connect it to the wifi”

“It's an older hotel dilapidated definitely needs love You can see where it used to be a big hotel but now a lot of empty space where things used to be where the hotel used to thrive I assume”

“The staff is the shining star of Emerald Resort. The resort is in need of updating, it has a great location and all the rooms face the beach but it is rundown. Which gives off as not being clean. At breakfast one of my travel companions' breakfast came with butter packets and one of the butter packets had already been used. Plus the sugar bowl had empty packets in it and the jelly packets had food smeared on the bottom which says they reuse them for other guests.”
