  • Tempo di spiaggia!, su St Thomas è un bellissimo condominio studio presso il gated Sapphire Village, seduto al terzo piano del palazzo e guardando oltre le acque turchesi di Sapphire Marina e Sapphire Beach. Le viste che si affacciano sul Mar dei Caraibi mentre ti godi i tuoi drink serali sono spettacolari. Adoriamo guardare le barche a vela decollare per le loro crociere serali.

    Beachtime si trova sulla East End of St. Thomas, dove tutta l'azione è! Quando salirai per la prima volta nel vialetto del resort in cima alla collina, il tuo respiro verrà portato via alla vista delle acque turchesi e delle isole in lontananza. Sia la vita notturna di Red Hook ($ 1,00 Safari Cab cavalcano), o il Sapphire Beach Marina e tutti i suoi tour dell'isola e gli sport acquatici, sono a pochi passi.

    Ci sono due piscine sulla proprietà per rinfrescarsi, una delle quali ha Slice, VI ristorante e bar situati nelle vicinanze. Se si desidera una buona esperienza culinaria, o ascoltare una band serale saltare fino a Red Hook, a 1 minuto di auto.

Wonderful get away spot!

Perfectly clean and comfortable condo. We were pleasantly surprised to have everything we needed to take off to the beach…chairs, towels, snorkel gear and a cooler! Great location!

wonderful stay!

This condo was absolutely perfect for us! The balcony was just spectacular - great view of the marina which was fun to watch especially in the evenings and could see the bay too. Quick walk to all the restaurants and Sapphire Beach. Hope to stay again!

Thanksgivings week

Wonderful property. Has everything you would need. This was our first time to the Virgin Islands so there was lots to see. Wish we would have taken more time to stay right there on Sapphire beach which is beautiful with a bar and other shops. Also ate at the on-site restaurant, Sudis which was nice.

Perfect View, Perfect Stay🏝️

We stayed in John’s condo 3 weeks ago & not a day goes by that I don’t dream of being there! Staying on the hill above Sapphire Beach was was a very good choice. The condo was perfect for 2 people and everything in it was well maintained and comfortable. We loved the walk in shower, plenty pressure, hot water & drained perfectly. I am an early riser so watching the sun come up over the marina with coffee was just what I needed. Being the condo on the end gave the balcony a nice breeze, although my husband said a ceiling fan would be a good addition. Sudi’s is across the parking lot and offers a variety of good food & drinks. The walk to the beach takes no time and Sapphire Beach has the prettiest water in St Thomas, my favorite!! Plenty of food options nearby in Red Hook and down on the beach. I could go on and on about how pleased we were with the condo & interaction with John, we will definitely stay there again if available 😎

So cozy!

I went to St Thomas for a wedding and I loved this property! The higher floor was nice snd the bed was so comfy ! I also liked that the bathroom had sunscreen and bug spray (even though I brought my own)

Vacation Memories

Perfect for a party of two! Quiet at the condo but fun in the sun just a few feet away. This was our first visit to the islands but definitely not our last. Everyone we encountered- from locals to vacationers- were very friendly. Mr. John Degen communicates often and replies quickly if you need to reach out. It was amazing and we highly recommend!

Great place to relax

The owner was very responsive and helpful during our stay! Taxi stand with taxis waiting was onsite so it was easy getting back and forth to Red Hook for ferry to St John, grocery store and variety of restaurants. Enjoyed the two restaurants and coffee shop within walking distance on the property at Sapphire Beach. The coffee shop has ATM and other essential items to purchase. Condo was fully equipped and we loved using the beach chairs! Overall very nice and highly recommended..

Great place, great view, friendly locals.

Everything was as it said it was. Still a lot of stores closed because of COVID but some were open and were very glad to see us! We met a local on our stay here and became friends. Everyone was very helpful and just as friendly as can be. Awesome place!

St. Thomas

The rental process was easy, the condo was in good shape and clean. John provided just about everything we needed and was readily available when we had questions. Location was awesome,close enough to Redhook but far enough away to be more quiet and secluded. Having the 2 pools and restaurant/bars available was awesome when we didn’t want to go out. The pools were well maintained as was the general property.

St Thomas vacation

Enjoyed every minute. Time just goes to fast on vacation. Beach time offers everything you need. Dining above marina is really nice. We parasailed and jet skied. Recommend the Kat dinner cruise it makes for a beautiful experience Thank you for letting us use your condo. Counting the days till next year

The property is great! Great people at the property as well (VI Slice for sure!)

My wife and I stayed at Beachtime for me to run in the 8 Tuff Miles race on St. John. Beachtime is a great location, our unit is perfect and has everything you need to make your stay enjoyable. It is also located near the office and laundry facilities (which we did use) and we met some very nice neighbors in other units while we enjoyed our stay. John the owner keeps in very good contact with you making sure you have what you need, and we appreciate his contact. We did rent a car and took full advantage of our freedom that way. We were also able to WALK to Red Hook and the St. John Ferry dock or restaurants (daylight is ok doing that, the evening can be a bit scary) but it was nice to walk there and catch a $4 cab back to Beachtime. We are definatly staying there again!
