SeaYaRound Villa vanta una splendida vista a quasi 180 gradi sul Mar dei Caraibi. A circa 400 piedi sul livello del mare, questa casa Deltec rotonda a 3 piani offre viste panoramiche panoramiche su San Giovanni, Buck Island, St Croix e Puerto Rico.

Lo spazio abitativo principale e aperto comprende una cucina full size, sala da pranzo e TV salotto. Il lato dell'oceano, della Villa è principalmente finestre che consentono di sfruttare appieno la vista dei Caraibi. Ritirati sul balcone avvolgente, nella parte sul mare della casa per crogiolarti al sole e goderti la brezza caraibica. Goditi il paradiso, mentre guardi l'alba e il tramonto mozzafiato, mentre sorseggi la tua bevanda preferita.

Situato in posizione strategica, sul lato sud di St Thomas, appena sopra la baia di Bolongo, a circa metà strada tra il centro di Charlotte-Amalie e Redhook.

Great stay, huge place for the 4 of us, bigger than we imagined. Everything was clean, and inviting. We loved being able to cook there, and relax in the pool or on the deck overlooking paradise. If you like birds there are a lot of cool birds in the trees around the property and beyond. Our host and his family were amazing. We liked that they were downstairs if we needed them. We wish we were back there already. A great location for anything you need 10 minutes in either direction on the main road.

The view was 10/10- sunsets were spectacular. The property was incredibly clean and spacious. Our hosts were very friendly and attentive. We had a small issue with a clogged sink, and it was repaired quickly. The restaurants and the town were just a short drive away and we enjoyed every meal.If you want to have an amazing view of the Caribbean, have friendly and attentive hots and relax, this is the place for you.

We stayed at Sea Ya Round Villa from October 11th to 17th and really enjoyed our time there. The villa was clean, quiet, and had a nice private feel. The owners were friendly, easy to reach, and communicated really well throughout the whole process.Just a heads-up — it’s on the 3rd floor, so you’ll definitely get your exercise in going up and down the stairs! But the views and the peaceful atmosphere make it totally worth it.It’s a great spot for small families (2–6 people), and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Would definitely come back and recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing place to stay on St. Thomas.

I don’t know where to even start. The VIEW, the kitchen, amazing large soft, large dining room, POOL!!! It was all fantastic and make our trip to St Thomas unforgettable.

Beautiful Views!

Very nice accommodations with beautiful views and a great on site property manager with a friendly, wonderful Lab dog, Dublin. A bit pricy for the week but was worth it. Will definitely consider returning.

Perfect place

Stayed at "Sea Ya Round" Villa five nights. Fancy place up on a hill with amazing views in 270 degrees. Scott really takes pride in his place and it shows, made for an unbelievable trip. We had top floor, second floor occupied by the owner, ground floor rented by a long term tenant. Very central location but need a rental car if staying on St. Thomas unless you are right downtown, the island as a whole is definitely not pedestrian friendly. Had a great kitchen with everything we needed to cook many of our own meals and save money that way. There were even storage containers for leftovers. Also very nice were beach towels so we didn't need to pack our own, and a cooler we could use too. Beds were extremely comfortable. Plenty of hot water, drinkable tap water, and there is solar to insulate from power outages on the island. Everything was clean and in great shape. Guests with mobility issues should just be aware that they will need to take stairs to the third floor.

We had a great stay! The host is very responsive to any questions. It was super helpful that he allowed us to use his beach chairs (there’s a fee to rent them at the beach). We didn’t understand beforehand how expensive taxis would be so didn’t rent a car but it all worked out

Amazing stay

We had an amazing time! The views were absolutely incredible (day & night). Scott and Shawn were very knowledgeable about activities, restaurants and ST life. The pool is well kept and clean. My children and i had the best time at Sea Ya Round.

Perfect weekend getaway

We were a group of 6 people for a weekend. We couldn't have asked for anything better than this place, IT WAS PERFECT. The place was so clean, it had everything we needed to make food and THE VIEW, OMG THE VIEW!! Its a very quiet neighborhood which was a plus for us, and very close to everything. Scott is an extraordinary host he received us personally and explained everything. They have a beautiful dog (Dublin) that hung out with us and made us feel at home (we all have dogs). Overall its THE perfect place!! Im so sure we will be coming back!!

Great Place!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Sea Ya Round! The views were amazing, and the huge windows and wrap around porch provide perfect viewing. The property managers were very communicative and kind! Dublin (their dog) was just the sweetest too. The road to get to the property is quite steep, but that's true for most places in St. Thomas. We did have some water pressure issues during our stay, but Scott and Shawn were actively working to fix them, and I wouldn't expect that to be a concern for future guests. There are folks living on the 1st and 2nd floors of the property, so the pool is technically shared by all, but during our stay we were the only ones to use it. The view from the pool deck is spectactular! I would highly recommend this property!

Wonderful stay!

Our family of five had an absolutely wonderful time at See Ya Round. The location was absolutely perfect, and we were able to enjoy all sorts of activities that made our vacation truly unforgettable. We explored diffeent beaches each day and had a blast exploring the area and taking in all the sights and sounds. The accommodations were top-notch as well, and we felt right at home from the moment we arrived. Overall, we couldn't have asked for a more perfect vacation spot!

Our stay was very relaxing. Scott and Shawn were extremely accommodating and very responsive. There's no way you can beat the views that the place provides especially in the mornings. The proximity to all of the key points of interest is perfect. Thoroughly enjoyed for our full family.

50th Anniversary Vacation

Fantastic trip Accommodations exceeded our expectations. Beautiful Mornings with coffee watching the sunrise rivaled the sunsets with drinks watching cruise ships coming in. Scott & Shawn answered all our questions before we arrived and during our stay. We cooked breakfast several mornings and had everything we needed for a relaxing start each day. Great recommendations for restaurants and activities. They even provided sand chairs , towels, noodles to use at the gorgeous beaches . The pool was clean and well lit at night for great view of the coastline and harbor . Definitely rent a Jeep. The roads are very challenging and road signage dismal. Drive slower and enjoy the countryside.See Ya Around Villa is a perfect place to relax and unwind. We felt right at home and leaving was hard . They made us feel like family and shared their beautiful home

Sweet Little Getaway

Hosts were extremely kind-very nice family. Beds very comfy as they are both kings. Property is located away from beaches up on a hill with beautiful views. Property is very close to beach but a car is necessary which it is in St Thomas anyway unless you just want to stay in a hotel or take very expensive taxis. Property has a nice kitchen filled with everything you need to prepare meals, etc. Bathrooms are spacious but dont expect high water pressure, etc--you're on an island and things are different. There is a huge wrap around porch which is way cool to just hang out on and have coffee or watch the sunset. Nice big TV if you're into that. Games galore and beach chairs to borrow which is very nice. All in all a comfy place to stay with helpful hosts. Thank you Scott, Sean, Kim and Zander.
