Con una splendida vista sul mare dei Caraibi 111 piedi sopra il mare su un acro di terreno privato, questa villa di tre camere da letto-completamente climatizzato si trova in una zona appartata solo cinque miglia dall'aeroporto ea tre miglia dal centro di St. Thomas sul soleggiato lato sud dell'isola. CalypsoBlu vanta soggiorno aggiornate / arredamento della sala da pranzo e una cucina ben attrezzata con state-of-the-art. Ad alta definizione TV a schermo piatto, servizi via cavo HD e lettore Blu-Ray DVD sono forniti anche nella zona giorno, insieme ad un assortimento di DVD e l'altoparlante interno / esterno. Ad alta velocità Wi-Fi è disponibile in tutto la villa e sul suo ponte. Porte scorrevoli in vetro con schermate aperte in tutta la zona soggiorno / sala da pranzo in modo da poter godere le viste, suoni e brezze tropicali anche quando all'interno.

Trascorrere una giornata intorno alla piscina piastrellata (5 'profonda in tutto e 25'LX 11'W), godendo di pranzo preparato sulla griglia di Weber.

Tutte e tre le camere godono di un bagno piastrellato privato, asciugacapelli, zona lettura, TV a schermo piatto / DVD / via cavo e Wi-Fi. Sono forniti da letto di lusso e da bagno. Tutte e tre le camere sono dotate di ingresso indipendente sul ponte piscina.

CalypsoBlu è di circa 2.300 piedi quadrati al coperto con ulteriori 1.200 piedi quadrati di spazi ponte / veranda all'aperto, in gran parte coperti. Un sistema di generatore di energia e di filtrazione dell'acqua di backup completamente automatico garantiscono il massimo del comfort. La villa viene affittata ad un gruppo alla volta e non è mai condiviso. La villa è, purtroppo, non è sedia a rotelle amichevole con diversi passaggi tra zona giorno e camere da letto. La villa non è adatto anche per i bambini più piccoli, come tutte le camere hanno accesso diretto alla piscina.

CalypsoBlu è gestito da una società on-isola, che offre un accesso a un portiere che può organizzare qualsiasi cosa, da un massaggio in Villa o cuoco, di un yacht charter privato o l'assistenza del personale di manutenzione dedicati 24/7.

Absolutely gorgeous property with stunning views! The property was as described and was very well stocked. The property had almost everything you could want in the kitchen. We enjoyed breakfast every morning and enjoyed grilling out by the pool. It was the perfect property for three couples to share as each bedroom had an en suite and were very private. Our drive to the property the first day was challenging - we missed a few turns - but after the first trip we knew the landmarks and it was no problem. Justin the property manager was very helpful and responsive. There was a problem with the AC on Sunday afternoon and he had someone at the property to fix the problem within two hours of our call. He provided suggestions for our vacation including descriptions of the local beaches and restaurant suggestions. He put us in touch with their concierge which helped us book a full day private charter with Caribbean Alibi Boat Charters with Captain Jesse which was one of our favorite days!We highly recommend Villa Calypso Blu and hope to be back soon! Thank you for a very memorable vacation!

Paradise

Calypso Blu is an absolute gem with an unbeatable view. It feels like your very own secluded paradise, it was hard to leave the pool to go explore the rest of the island!! Communication with the property manager was top notch, every question we had was answered promptly. 10/10 we can’t wait to come back!

Just Paradise

The house was very clean and comfortable. The kitchen had everything we needed and a nice assortment of spices. After a day at the beach, we relaxed in and around the pool. The view from the house was exceptional. It would be helpful to have a sign with the house name at the top of the dirt road.

Best Family Vacation Ever!

The house was perfect for our family of four with two adult kids. The view was even more spectacular in person. Very clean and stocked with everything we needed. Great location, convenient to everything with a sense of being remotely located. Walking to the beach was a challenge, but was a fun adventure. The only cons were very low water pressure in the showers especially the lower room. And the upper room AC could not keep up with the heat while we were there. Overall we loved it and plan on coming back.

Another week in paradise

March 5-12, 2024. My husband and I and our 2 grown children loved our stay at the Calypso Blu! This is not our first visit to the island. The villa is just as described and we were all impressed with the cleanliness of the home! All bedrooms/baths are separate from the main living area by the pool area and lanai so we all had our private place to chill. The bed linens were comfy, the kitchen fully stocked with all utensils and some spices and seasonings. We all enjoyed the saltwater pool and then there is the view! One of the best on the island! Justin is an excellent host-very responsive to text and email and the location is so great-close to snorkeling, excursions, dining and shopping! Beautiful sunrises and sunsets, watching the cruise ships sail in and out from the pool deck. We recommend a jeep or 4 wheel drive as the villa sits at the end of a steep road-very private with beautiful plantings and again there is always the view! We will hopefully return! We highly recommend this villa!

Had a few hiccups on arrival but Justin was right on it and got them resolved. The two things we would suggset would be a new bed in bedroom 3 and maybe adding a seperate ice machine.Fridge could not keep up.This was our 3rd time there and we will return.!!!

Anniversary paradise

My husband and I spent 8 days here for our anniversary. The house was perfect. The views were amazing! The kitchen was very well stocked for cooking meals. We were very centrally located. Which made driving easy. The views from the bedrooms were beautiful. The sun set was beautiful from the balcony every night. We will definitely stay in this villa again. Slice of paradise

We loved staying at CalypsoBlu. The property is very clean, the view is spectacular, the pool was certainly our favorite part about the property. Communication with Justin and the management team was great. He even gave us a contact # for a taxi guy since we were 5 hrs delayed arriving and couldn’t pick up our rental car after hours, which was probably best case scenario as “learning” to drive on the left in the dark on the narrow road leading to the property was probably not going to be a good idea. Only nuisance were the mosquitoes in the kitchen/living space so bring some repellents (there were some sprays and a couple of things at the property available). Great location to go exploring and close enough to the car ferry that goes to St. John. Strongly recommend to rent a car - many suggest a Jeep, but we had a mini van and it got the job done just fine. We liked that the bedrooms were separate and not connected to the main living area so our baby was able to take her naps and the early birds were able to get coffee in the kitchen without having to tip toe and whisper. We loved our stay and would certainly come back again. Thank you for hosting us at your gorgeous property.

Nice but…

Wi-Fi was only available in the main living space. Bedrooms were unable to connect to Wi-Fi. All bedrooms being disconnected from the main living area/kitchen was not ideal. Well stocked kitchen. Needs new kitchen chairs. Pool was fabulous! Well stocked with sunscreen and floats for pool. Outdoor living space needs a TV.

Central location to all things VI!

The house was as described and ready for our arrival. Our only negative were the 2 primary en-suites were on the same side of the house (upper & lower). It didn't deter our enjoyment & we had a great week regardless. Kitchen was well equipped with the essentials & we had everything we needed for the week. Pool was chilly but comfortable & offered relaxation on our lazy 'home' days. Central location kept us close to both ends of the islands & we took the car ferry to St. John several times. Great hiking on both islands once you are off the beaten path. Check out Lanai Restaurant which is just around the corner from the house & beachfront, we ate there several times! Great communication from hosts/staff before, during & after our stay.

Villa with beautiful view

Beautiful villa and pool overlooking Morningstar Beach! The road getting in was a bit scary so we chose to be home before dark but that was enjoyable as we watched the sunset from the pool each night. Overall, a great place to stay! My only minor complaint was that on two separate occasions I emailed Justin at the management company and did not receive a response from either.

Perfect location!

We found the home in a great central location of the island so that any day trip was within 20 minutes or less. It’s a great layout for a group of couples since all bedrooms have their own entrance separate from the main living area.

Amazing property- book with confidence!!

From beginning to end, our stay was everything we hoped for. Property was clean and updated and our group had plenty of room inside and out on the pool deck/ balcony's. Everything works as it should and kitchen was very well stocked with all the basics...it made everything so much easier! When speaking with Justin the host, he was very prompt to reply, friendly and welcoming. Exactly what you want in a host! I would have no concerns booking this property again, we really had a blast and enjoyed it's quiet location and absolutely stunting views. The pictures in the listing are accurate...it really is that nice. If you like what you see in the listing, you will love this property!

Fantastic southside home in St Thomas

Our family of 5 spent a week at this house. It is as gorgeous as the pictures suggest! The home is fully equipped and very comfortable with stunning views. It was perfectly situated for our needs - Charlotte Amalie is only 15 minutes away as is the Red Hook area. The location is also very private - the last 1/4 mile or so of the access road is unpaved but should be no problem for a 4x4. Justin and his team were easily reachable and responsive to any questions. There is no beach access within walking distance - Morningstar beach is currently closed- but Limetree beach is a very short drive away (5 mins). We also spent an afternoon at Abi beach which is accessible via a dirt road very close to CalypsoBlu. There used to be a beach shack at one end which has been abandoned along with picnic tables and beach chairs. We had the beach to ourselves - worth a visit if you don't mind the rough drive.

Amazing views!

Our group of 6 adults was very please with the property. A little hard to get to the first night but once we got the hang of using GPS ordinance it was easier to get to the house. There are some houses being built within close proximity of the vacation home so be aware of possible construction noise but the workers are gone by 4:00 pm - 5:00 pm. There are a lot of stairs around the pool deck and breezeway areas. Be careful if the drinks are flowing! The house is located perfectly to gain quick access to Charlotte Amalie and Red Hook. We would recommend this property for 6 adults.

Unbeatable view and excellent location

CalypsoBlu is an amazing villa with an unbeatable view. It is centrally located between Charlotte Amalie and Red Hook. It is secluded so you have a lot of privacy. It was very clean and spacious and had everything we needed and more. It is well decorated, and the kitchen was larger than it looked in the photos. The 3 bedrooms all have their separate entrances and are not connected to each other or the main living area. That allowed a lot of privacy, and my tween/teen boys loved it, feeling like they had their own apartments. It made this momma a little nervous at first but I got used to it. The pool was great and bigger than we expected. We had a couple of maintenance related issues with the pool and AC in the 2nd master, but Justin was very responsive and had them both addressed. Neither of them impacted the satisfaction of our stay. The sliding door to the main living area is broken and doesn’t shut all the way, nor lock. We just kept the screen door closed to prevent bugs from coming in, and the opening was small enough that it didn’t impact the temperature in the living area. It was more a nuisance than anything. This was a great property with excellent service, and we’d highly recommend it and would stay here again!

Great property with fantastic view. Property management was top notch, and were very helpful. Definitely would recommend a jeep rental to anyone wanting to explore the island. Most driveways to rental properties are on very steep inclines.
