Splendida Villa Romantica sulla spiaggia con i panorami più mozzafiato !!!

Siamo entusiasti di offrire la nostra unità splendidamente rinnovata in affitto e siamo entusiasti del risultato! Ti godrai le piastrelle italiane del pavimento in tutta l'unità, i bagni ristrutturati, la bella nuova cucina con armadi in ontano afflitto e nuovi elettrodomestici. Abbiamo installato bellissime lampade nuove, ventilatori a soffitto e splendide tende bianche per le nuove porte in vetro scorrevoli da quattordici piedi. Abbiamo decorato l'unità con molti specchi per ottimizzare la vista dell'acqua cristallina turchese dei Caraibi che può essere goduta da quasi qualsiasi punto di vista nel condominio. Di notte puoi accendere le candele in tutta l'unità e sulla terrazza, spegnere le luci e goderti la luce lunare che brilla sull'acqua sottostante. O rilassati sul divano coperto di scivoli, ammirando le stelle mentre ascolti le onde ...... un ambiente così romantico!

Il condominio è stato decorato per offrire il massimo relax dopo una lunga giornata in spiaggia o esplorare. La zona giorno principale ha una grande fodera bianca, sopra un divano imbottito e un pouf. La TV a schermo piatto da 46 pollici è stata montata sulla parete per una facile visualizzazione e le splendide lampade in porcellana bianca circondano la zona giorno per un'illuminazione romantica. La camera da letto principale al piano superiore è stata decorata in gran parte di bianco con splendidi accenti blu zaffiro. È stato acquistato un nuovo materassino king top top di gamma per offrire un ottimo riposo notturno. L'appartamento è arredato con lenzuola e asciugamani di ottima qualità.

La villa si trova a Sapphire Beach Resort and Marina. Sapphire Beach è una delle spiagge più belle dell'isola e ha un ottimo snorkeling. È possibile nuotare con le tartarughe marine e altri animali marini direttamente davanti all'unità che si trova a meno di 30 metri dalla facciata dell'edificio. La nostra unità si trova in uno dei due edifici più vicini all'acqua
quindi i panorami sono eccezionali. La piccola città di Redhook si trova a meno di mezzo miglio dall'unità dove troverete molti bar e ristoranti tra cui il famoso "Duffy's Love Shack". Inoltre, c'è un piccolo negozio di alimentari chiamato Moes dove potrai acquistare panini e insalate su ordinazione per il tuo viaggio in spiaggia o la tua avventura nelle Isole Vergini britanniche e St. John. Il terminal dei traghetti per St. John e Tortola si trovano anche a Redhook.

I gave the unit three stars because of the great location and view. But the unit needs numerous upgrades such as the mattress needs to be replace the drapes need to be replaced very thin material did not block out light and in disrepair. The furniture cushions were dirty and stained and had towels laid over them to hide the stains. I also had not received any information from the host three days prior to arrival I sent two messages and did not get a reply I finally called the host, and she stated that she would send the information which she did two days prior to our arrival. We were very disappointed with the attention to detail in the unit we have used VRBO in the past and have had very good experience with the host and property. We have been to St. Thomas several times and planning on returning but we would not rent this unit again unless it gets a face lift.

Quick trip to the USVI

We had a nice time on St. Thomas and St. John. This location makes it very easy to either relax on the beach next to the condo or take a quick 3 minute cab ride to catch a ferry to St. John

St Thomas Getaway

Great location. Nice bar and amenities. Close to ferry. Its a beautiful view. OK...Needs a serious remodel. Everything 20 years old. I get it that its on an island BUT this place needs a major remodel. You pay for the view, after that its a college apartment. Mattress is soooo BAD! Other items:Bugs in kitchenFurniture disgusting, has covers over everything, never sat on most furnitureSilverware rusty and oldLacking glasses and coffer mugsOutside furniture molding and disgusting, we tried t dry it off and use it.FYI - No dishwasher

Awesome location and views!!!

This charming condo is in the best building of the complex for quiet, yet a short walk to the swimming beach and all the activities there. Plus it's right next door to the marina which was perfect for excursions. The condo had some maintenance issues but the owner and manager were responsive. The rusty front door deadbolt would not unlock so I had to be rescued by security. Then the electric stovetop had a serious short whereby the only remedy the handiman suggested was to turn off the breaker when not in use. A large screen door blew off the track during a storm and crashed into the patio table one night. It's been my experience that screen tracks in tropical areas are usually a problem. The kitchen was fairly well-stocked with equipment, although it needs a good size coffee pot for us decaf drinkers since I couldn't find decaf pods in Red Hook (Moe's is a great little grocery store!). There is such a coffee maker but the pot doesn't fit it. And the place really needs a chef knife sharpener if anyone want to cut anything but butter. Plus adding more drinking glassware would be helpful. Overall, the unit was pretty clean although the upstairs shower had a bit of mold. It would be very helpful to add a rack with coat hooks for hanging towels and coverups along the long entry wall. I enjoyed my stay there despite these relatively minor issues. And I will always treasure the fabulous views off the patio and the sound of the waves just a few yards away!!!

Peaceful and beautiful

The location of this property is perfect. A balcony on both levels allows you to view the turquoise waters and listen to the serenity of the waves. The condo was very clean and provided everything we needed. Any questions I had were addressed very timely. We are excited to come back.

Sapphire gem

Great two story unit with beautiful views. Very nicely appointed, clean and loved the two bathrooms and privacy upstairs. Terrace very comfortably set up. A few things could use some updating but overall a lovely unit and so convenient to everthing.

Great View

This condo had the best view. Looked right out on the beach. You could hear the water crash on the shore. Condo was clean and spacious. The news were comfortable including the pull out couch upstairs. The beach bar and the pizza restaurant were great and close. Sudis was just up the hill and it was good too. The coffee shop was nice to have for breakfast. A grocery store is just 1/2 mile away for 6/pp cab ride. I’d stay here again no doubt.

Great time at Sapphire Beach!

We had a wonderful time staying in this condo at Sapphire Beach! It was very spacious and comfortable with plenty of places to sleep, linens, and cute decor. We enjoyed relaxing on the patio with coffee and cooking in the kitchen. The location also cannot be beat- right next to our favorite beach! Very easy to head straight to the beach to snorkel or go to the pool. It is also very close to other great beaches, Red Hook, and the ferry to St. John. Thanks for a great stay, we hope to come back soon!

BFF getaway

The property was very clean and as described. The beach and resort were absolutely beautiful. The unit was very clean and certainly met our needs. The view was stunning. We had some concerns upon entering the unit with the upstairs A/C which were promptly addressed by the owner and maintenance. I would advise anyone expecting to use the bar b q pit that there isn’t one. Overall wonderful unit!

Gorgeous Beachfront Romantic Villa is Actually Horrible Blind Date!

Dear VRBO, We have booked several vacations with you, and have always been pleased, submitted excellent positive reviews, etc. With this reservation / trip we completed last week, I need to say shame on VRBO and the Property Host for over exaggerating and misrepresenting the property. The view was great, but the rest of the descriptions are total lies. 1. Black Mold is in all bathrooms, bedding, sofas, and king mattress. The king mattress was totally non sleep able. Big hole in center of 15-year-old mattress (not new like stated). Linens are worn and filthy. We tried to sleep on sleeper sofas, but black mold. We purchased inflatable queen mattresses and linens at local store. 2. All fixtures and lights are filthy, mold, smell. Fans mold, floors filthy, tiles cracked tile molding falling off walls, all items in kitchen are chipped broken, etc. Coffee (Keurig) machine do not work. No grill available as promised. 3. One toilet was only operating for visit. 4. Stairs going upstairs are falling off the wall, you have to skip two stairs, or you risk falling when stairs fall away. 5. THIS IS NOT A RENOVATED UNIT AT ALL. I DO NOT THINK ANY WORK HAS BEEN DONE FOR OVER 15 YEARS! HOLES ON THE WALLS, CRACKED FLOORS, FILTH EVERYWHERE. 6. We left five days into our ten-day visit; we started getting sick from the condo. 7. Host no replies. Local contact replied, said property is very tired, nothing they can do, owner has not been to property in years.

Seaside ambiance with stunning views

We had great stay and place seemed very clean. Some minor maintenance issues but didnt really affect our enjoyment. Sunrise views can't be beat.

DO NOT STAY HERE!!

This listing looks nothing like it’s pictures posted here. The view from the balcony is the only thing that’s genuine. There’s mildew all over the furniture, dirt and rust on a lot. The upstairs AC does not work and makes it hot and muggy upstairs. I could not sleep in even once because of work wing done on the roof starting at 8am every morning. Also there was a GIANT DEAD ROACH in the living room. Me and my boyfriend had to sleep downstairs on the last night because it was so hot upstairs -‘s disgusting. Book at your own risk. Also the host takes weeks to reply.
