  • Questa villa spaziosa e confortevole con i suoi moderni servizi delizierà sicuramente il tuo gusto più sofisticato. L'edificio ha due livelli che vengono affittati separatamente con caratteristiche identiche ma con decorazioni diverse. Puoi scegliere di rilassarti nelle tue camere climatizzate, goderti l'abbronzatura sulla veranda / patio o semplicemente sederti e consentire alla costante brezza dell'oceano di accarezzare il tuo corpo offrendo una piacevole e rilassante esperienza all'aria aperta.

    Non è necessario preoccuparsi della perdita di energia elettrica. Un generatore di propano / gas da 20 kW si accenderà automaticamente per consentire un servizio continuo. Non avrai tempo morto.

    La villa Jasmine offre tutti i comfort di casa! La cucina professionale dell'isola centrale è stata progettata con cura per preparare pasti gourmet ed è il sogno di ogni chef. È dotato di ripiani in granito, elettrodomestici in acciaio inossidabile, mobili in ciliegio personalizzati, pavimento in travertino, dispensa, un'accogliente colazione o un bar con cinque sgabelli roteati e un televisore a schermo piatto per guardare le notizie, il tuo sport preferito o lo spettacolo mentre cenate. Mobili da giardino e una griglia a gas sono forniti per cenare all'aperto.

    L'arredamento è moderno, alla moda e confortevole con pezzi d'arte e tocchi personali premurosi che aggiungono all'atmosfera calda e accogliente della villa. La camera da letto principale è climatizzata con illuminazione a incasso e la scelta di due ventilatori a soffitto. Le altre due camere sono inoltre climatizzate con la scelta di ventilatori a soffitto.

    A cinque minuti puoi giocare a golf nello spettacolare campo da golf in mogano Run con il famoso "triangolo del diavolo".

    Nuoto e snorkeling sono praticabili su quasi tutte le spiagge, oltre a numerose opzioni per attività ricreative di sport acquatici come il windsurf e lo sci d'acqua. Puoi anche trascorrere del tempo esplorando il Coral World Marine Park, un affascinante acquario sottomarino, dove puoi avvicinarti e personalizzare le loro ultime acquisizioni di delfini e leoni marini.

Loved this house!

We loved staying here! House was gorgeous, and perfect for our needs! Great location, and beautiful views! House had what we needed to cook. We came at the very end of hurricane season (so lots of rain and 3 very short power outages), and Mr. Coffee was great with making sure we were OK and showed us how to get the water back on after we lost power! Would definitely recommend this place and stay again!

Family trip back ‘Home.’

Stay was great. A few hiccups but the host was super responsive and took care of everything right away. I’m from St. Thomas so I’m quite used to island life and expecting the unexpected. Lots of great space and perfect view.

Second time staying at this villa here in St. Thomas! We absolutely love this house and the island . Can’t say enough great things about our stay . We highly recommend this villa it makes the visit even more wonderful! Thank you again for sharing your home with us !!! We will def be back!!!

House not what I expected :(

House is aged and not well kept. I would say 20-30 years ago this house would have been attractive. Now, the house is run down and worn out. Only AC in the bedrooms and not in the living area is you are there in the hotter months. We didn't have water on two separate days. One day we didn't have hot water. The garbage disposal and dishwasher broke down too. Things break unexpectantly which I get. The property managers may take several hours to return texts, but they do respond and fix things. Oh yes, the dryer stopped working too. This home needs to be renovated before renting out again in my opinion.

Disappointed

As discussed with the property owner, these are the following things we found unacceptable. -the front locked (with a key) from the inside and was unable to be opened easily. -exposed wires and electrical areas that were fire hazards and only one smoke detector that we couldn't test to see if it worked. -no AC in the main living area and one of the bedrooms. The living room did not have a working fan with Caribbean heat. -the windows didn't close and mosquitos were inside the house. our daughter got a LOT of bites (over 40 bites from one night stay) -ants throughout the house -every cloth surface was stained and unsanitary -TV in the master bedroom did not work at all. Even talked to the owner to try and get it working to no avail. -brown moldy extremely uncomfortable mattresses -broken doors and handles All of this for over three times the average stay. Would not recommend this to a friend unless the owner changes and fixes these items.

Jasmine is Perfect

Jasmine villa was perfect in every way. It was clean, well maintained. The views of Megan's Bay and the Ocean were outstanding. A wonderful breeze blows all the time. Couldnt have asked for more.

As Advertised!!

The property was extremely clean upon arrival. It is roomy and functional. The view of Megan’s Bay and Hans Lollick from the balcony is magnificent!! The owners were kind and helpful. If you are driving, I would recommend a four wheel drive vehicle. The driveway is quite steep and we had to use it in the rain. I would definitely return to this location!!

Conveniently Located!

We stayed over the summer for almost 2 weeks. It was fantastic. The house looked exactly like the photos online. We had 6 people in our family/party and it was perfect. We didn't feel crowded or cramped at all. It was perfectly located where everything was about 15-20 minutes away. Magans Bay was only 5 mins. When we arrived everything was clean and tidy. The housekeeper was there to greet us and show us around. Overall I highly recommend this location for any length of stay.

Central to several beaches

The location was perfect in regards to the beautiful beaches and restaurants, and the ferry. The condo was huge and clean. However, the check-in was confusing, the house was difficult to find. The bedroom pictures showed enough beds for all of our family members(all adults ) and when we arrived, it was inaccurate. There was not a hot tub. My 2 adult sons had to share a bed. Oh well, they managed......Overall, we had a lovely time.

My family and I were in the VI for a somber occasion however the accommodations were excellent and we would have enjoyed it more if not for the sadness surrounding the trip.

Spacious Villa with a great view

We spent 2 weeks at this villa and had a great time. There was plenty of room for our party of 6. And even better, my 2 year old was able to sleep through the night in the crib provided by the property. We had some issues with the wifi in the master bedroom and the tv remote, but besides that everything else went smoothly. This was our first trip since the pandemic started in 2020, so we were glad to get out and be able to safely social distance and vacation with out the worry of high cases of covid (like back in Texas). My husband had a good time chatting with Mr.. Coffee downstairs and his wife and we appreciate everything they did to make our stay great.
