E a 10 minuti a piedi da Coki Beach - ampiamente noto come il miglior snorkeling dell'isola e Coral World, un'attrazione da non perdere è l'attrazione, le immersioni e il divertimento subacqueo della famiglia! Caribbean Breeze ha qualcosa per tutti i vacanzieri, il tutto racchiuso in uno!

Pineapple Village è una bellissima associazione di ville private situata dietro le porte di sicurezza del Margaritaville Vacation Resort di Wyndam. Caribbean Breeze a Pineapple Village è un 1850 completamente rinnovato. f. Villa privata con 3 camere da letto e 3 bagni che è la casa vacanza perfetta per un massimo di 12 persone. Questa villa spaziosa e progettata su misura ha più che molto spazio per qualsiasi famiglia numerosa o famiglie multiple.

Lo spazio di vita all'aperto è un bellissimo paesaggio e ben attrezzato per lo stile di vita della villa con 12 sedie Adirondeck e un tavolo e sedie da pranzo all'aperto. C'è ombra all'area salotto e pranzo dalle 15:00 per pranzi all'aperto ventilati circondati da piantagioni tropicali, palme e giardini.

Ogni grande camera da letto ha la propria cabina armadio, doccia e vanità separata, 40 "smart TV, letti multipli (e roll-up aggiuntivi) e cursori nuovi di zecca con accesso a patii meravigliosamente paesaggistici. Ogni camera ha una nuova unità A / C divisa che è super silenziosa e raffredda la stanza in pochi minuti. In generale, i ventilatori a soffitto forniscono abbastanza raffreddamento con la brezza dei cursori aperti in questa villa ariosa.

La cucina progettata su misura ha tutto ciò che puoi desiderare e altro ancora. Finestre che si affacciano sullo splendido cortile, un'isola con sgabelli da bar, nuovi armadi, ripiani in granito ed elettrodomestici in acciaio inossidabile. Ci sono un sacco di piatti, piatti, bicchieri, posate, bicchieri da vino e margarita, pentole / padelle, ecc. Se vuoi cucinare qualche pasto! Tostapane, frullatore, macchina per il caffè - ti sentirai come a casa!

Pineapple Village condo

The condo was very clean and spacious for our large family vacation of 8. NIce and fully stocked kitchen and supplied beach towels and beach chairs made day trips to the different beaches very easy. Also nice to have some supplied coolers for the beach excursions. Only issue we experienced was a power failure to the property which was not and issue with the condo. Found out that power failure was at the meter. Only bring that up because the condo had a backup generator so we still had electricity during our stay. Communcation with our host during the incident was easy and quick. If I traveled to St. Thomas again I would definitely stay here.

Relaxing time in Pineapple Village!

Our group of friends stayed in this beautiful condo in Pineapple Village. The place had everything we could possibly need. Spacious and immaculate, close to a quiet pool and a few minute walk to Margaritaville bar and restaurant. We had no issues at all, but the owner Antonella checked in on us to make sure we were enjoying our time. We couldn’t have asked for more - the photos are accurate and they supplied everything including beach towels and beach Chairs. A 10 minute walk to Coki beach which had a fun vibe and crystal clear water. Taxis were always available at Margaritaville so that made it easy to get around. Great time!

Caribbean Breeze Paradise!

Caribbean Breeze at Pineapple Village was the perfect accommodation for our stay! There were 4 adults and 3 kids age 17 and under. There was more than enough space in the villa for us to stay comfortably. The villa has everything you can possibly need for your stay, including a kitchen with all of the tools you need for cooking. It has a large private patio with table and chairs. Beach chairs and other necessities for a day at the beach are onsite at the villa for use. It was extremely clean and has a wonderful, relaxing, and beachy vibe. The location was perfect for getting to the nearby beaches of Coki beach, Magen's Bay, Smith Bay and Sapphire Bay. It is conveniently located on the Margaritaville resort property. The pool is just steps from the villa. The owner Antonella was so friendly and would quickly respond to our inquiries. I highly recommend booking Caribbean Breeze for your visit to St. Thomas!

Amazing Villa from the Location, Accommodations and Host. Only a short 5 minute walk to Coki Beach and even shorter walk to Margaritaville. Host Antonella answered and fixed my one "First World internet issue",.Villa has everything and more then you will need.

Amazing area

Absolutely amazing area. we loved the private court yard and the pool seldom had people at it. Short walk to Coral world and Linquist beach was right down the road. Had a couple questions while there and the host responded immediately, there were no issues with the property.

Perfect Getaway

Would give this property 5+ rating. We spent 20 days here. It offered everything we were looking for. Everything in the listing is true. It offered all the comfort of home. Completely supplied kitchen, bedding, towels, beach chairs, lighted patio with furniture. Literally just 20 steps from pool, very short walk to beach and Margaritaville resort. Needed to contact the host and had a response in minutes. She was very friendly and pleasant to talk to. Highly recommend a stay.

Perfect in every way!

Fabulous location, perfectly appointed and comfortable accommodations. Felt right at home immediately. Beautiful beachy decor that is warm and inviting. Loved walking out to the beach each morning. Ample outdoor furniture, comfy couches and plenty of space for 10 of us. Kitchen had everything we needed for breakfast and some dinners in. Pool was perfect - quiet and private. Can walk to 2 beaches - and short drive to fabulous restaurants in Red Hook. Owners responsive and so nice! Can’t wait to go back! Would absolutely stay here again!

Great stay

Our family of 9 spent 10 days in this lovely villa. The location was very convenient to Red Hook, where we found restaurants, the ferry to St John and the dock we chartered a boat from for an all day snorkeling trip. The villa itself was spacious, clean, private and comfortable. When we had a question, the owners responded promptly to solve our question.

Great stay

Great property! The villa was well furnished and I was happy to find cleaning products available and a new washing machine. The hosts responded immediately to texts. The only negative is the cost of taxis for a family. You can walk to Coki Beach and definitely take children to Coral World. The outdoor space was very enjoyable. The pool is very close and several days it was ours alone. I highly recommend this property

We had high hopes.

My family and I had high hopes for our stay, but unfortunately things quickly took a turn for the worse. Upon arrival, everything seemed to be in order but by the end of our first night, we were met with a series of unfortunate events. The smell of sewage was overwhelming and the living room bathroom was not functioning properly. To make matters worse, the washer and dryer were having issues, as well as the stove and oven. Even the appliances in the courtyard were malfunctioning (another set of washer & dryer) To top it off, the entire west side of the villa had lost power due to construction issues with the neighboring property. We had to run a power cord from the other side of the room just to use the microwave to reheat our food. Forget about cooking or using stove-it had no power. Despite the property manager's attempts to assist, there was nothing that could be done to improve our situation. We spent the majority of the trip without power in the kitchen, without functioning lights in the living rooms bathroom, dirty clothes since we could use washer and dryer correctly and with poor water pressure towards the end of the trip. This has been by far the worst experience I’ve had in the 5 trips to usvi.

An OK Vacation

The condo and Pineapple Village were nice. The pool is a good size and not busy at all. The kitchen is well equipped and we cooked several meals at home. The listing says the condo sleeps 12, but really there are only beds for 9. The roll away cots were not comfortable at all, so my 21 year old son slept on the couch all week. It was comfortable, but the sun shines in through the sliding doors starting at 6am. The location is out of the way, so you will need to rent a car to do anything on the island. It would have been nice to know that the beach at Margaritaville was unusable. Between the beach erosion from the past hurricanes and the red seaweed that covered the shoreline and the first 10 feet of water front, there was no access to the ocean from the property (plus the smell of the seaweed was awful). There were plenty of towels, and outdoor chairs. The patio is enclosed and very relaxing. The owners also have beach chairs and pool noodles available. There is a small store that you can walk to in Margaritaville that sells coffee and other necessities.

The location is perfect for immediate access to the beach (Coki that's a short walk) and Margaritaville. This villa also has direct access to a swimming pool. Each room is spacious. The beds are comfy. There are also roll- away beds in each closet for additional guests or children. The kitchen is fully equipped with all of your cooking needs. (We used it to cook for our family reunion picnic). The villa also has a washer and dryer, beach chairs, floaties and toys. Overall our stay was very pleasant. There are some maintenance concerns, but I will send those directly to the owner and property manager.

Great for large family

I would definitely stay here again and recommend to friends and others. The host was friendly . I was able toreach her if I needed to resolve any issues. This place had everything we needed. It was like coming home. The rooms were spacious, had individual bathrooms and patios. We wetr able to cook everyday. This location is children friendly. It had a smart tv in every room and pool accessories for the kids. We loved it
