  • Situato a Scott Beach da Compass Point a due minuti a piedi dalla spiaggia. 2 camere da letto 1 bagno, 4 posti letto, aria condizionata, cucina elettrica, microonde, ripiani in granito, frigorifero, lavatrice / asciugatrice, lavastoviglie, TV via cavo TV 'Wifi. Ha un grande generatore di back-up (House è completamente alimentato 24/7). Parcheggio fuori strada, completamente arredato. Cappuccio vicino molto silenzioso, sicuro e amichevole.

    Avrai accesso all'intera unità. Puoi fare il bucato, guardare il tuo programma TV preferito o fare sport su un HDTV a schermo piatto da 60 ". Puoi cucinare i tuoi pasti, mangiare fuori o sederti dopo una lunga giornata al mare e fare un po 'di grigliate.

    Panoramica del vicinato .......
    La proprietà si trova in una strada privata, lontano dall'autostrada principale, quindi non c'è il rumore del traffico, ogni quartiere sicuro e accogliente, ci sono 4 case nella mia strada e ne ho possedute due, vivo nell'altro lato della strada, quindi sono sempre disponibili se il mio ospite ha bisogno di me. È vicino all'acqua a soli 2 minuti a piedi dalla spiaggia.

    Andare in giro
    Puoi prendere un taxi per andare ovunque sull'isola, ma sarà molto costoso, consiglio vivamente di noleggiare un'auto in modo da poter andare dove vuoi e quando vuoi. Abbiamo un business di noleggio auto a conduzione familiare e offriamo ai nostri ospiti fino al 15% di sconto sulle auto a noleggio. Gli ospiti possono anche portare le nostre auto a San Giovanni sul traghetto per auto da Red Hook per visitare ed esplorare le spiagge e i parchi di St John.

    Altre cose da notare .........
    Abbiamo anche un generatore automatico da 125KW che è necessario nelle Isole Vergini. Se affitti un posto senza un generatore e la corrente si spegne non avrai acqua corrente, Wifi, bagni, ventilatori, T. V, docce, ecc .....

Great villa.. the host takes really good care of you.. he went out of way to help us with some issues with our rental although it was not his rental. He took care of anytning we asked for in the villa too.. the villa is in a great location too .. most beaches are nearby including a secret one right beside it.. we had a really good time and definitely recommend it..

I have stayed in many condos through VRBO over the years and this was one of the best we have ever stayed in. The location was perfect to all.Beaches and restaurants and the condo was brand new. Dexter provided everything we needed in advance and was available to answer any questions that came up during our stay. We rented a vehicle through Dexter as well. It was a Jeep Wrangler which came in handy driving on the roads in St. Thomas and St. John’s.. it was also a lot less expensive than renting through any of the major rental car companies. This was one of our best vacations ever and we are already looking forward to planning next year‘s vacation and staying at one of Dexters condos.
Secret Harbor-resort. Located less than five minutes from the condo.
Trunk Bay, which is a must see

Loved our stay. Having coffee on the balcony each morning with an ocean view was amazing. Condo was well equipped, clean, and comfortable. Snorkel gear and beach towels and chairs were really useful. Would definitely stay again!

Relaxing stay at Scott Beach Villas

Clean, convenient, roomy stay in unit 2. Our host Dexter was very welcoming, accommodating and responsive. We rented our car from Dexter which was most convenient.

Very clean, neat and tidy. Everything we needed was on site and shopping, eateries, and beaches very close. Pool was nice and had lots of float options. Car rental with same company the best! Met at airport and dropped off there as well. Super easy!

Home away from home

We had a great time at this location with Dexter taking us in like extended family and all other residents in their apartments had like temperments and fun vibes. The apartments had wonderful views and were very close for walkimg to market and cafe. Taxis were affordable and dexter fave us the option to rent very nice vehicles. We will be returning

Stay here in st Thomas

2nd time staying here. There will be a third, 4th, etc. it is close to red hook, easy to get downtown and elsewhere. Quiet location. Food center grocery is a minute away (although they are EXPENSIVE, go to Pueblo instead).

Wonderful in every way

I am a frequent business traveller with set expectations. Dexter widely exceeded those expectations during my family vacation. The villa is beautiful and well equipped. His customer service is first class. It is a peaceful location with a great view. Thank you for an amazing stay!!! Ask Dexter for a rental car if you need one, his fleet is the best on the island!

Beautiful condo with everything you could possibly need. Beautiful view of the ocean bay from the balcony. Dexter the owner is so very accommodating and friendly. We even rented a car through him and it was probably the easiest experience renting a car I have ever had. We will 100% be returning, and will use this host indefinitely.

We are a family of 5 traveling to the USVI for the first time. We really enjoyed our stay here. The unit was clean and tidy & had everything we needed to make it our home for 5 days including a cooler, beach chairs, beach towels and snorkel equipment. We also rented a car from the owner which was much needed to get around the island though it took a little getting used to driving on the left side of the road. We enjoyed making some meals in the kitchen and hanging on the balcony watching a family of birds in a nest nearby. The pool was a nice retreat. Grills looked clean though we did not use them. Washer & dryer located outside was helpful to have. We recommend staying here & getting a car for the convenience.

We had a wonderful stay in St. Thomas! The unit was spotless, spacious, and stocked with everything we needed. We really appreciated having all the essentials—paper towels, garbage bags, and toilet paper—so we didn’t have to run out and buy anything. The A/C worked great, the beds were very comfortable, and there were plenty of towels for our stay.We loved that the unit came with beach chairs, a cooler, and beach gear—it made our beach days so easy and convenient. The location was perfect: less than a 5-minute drive to the supermarket and close to plenty of restaurants. It’s away from the hustle and bustle of the cruise port but still only about 15 minutes away, which was ideal.It was incredibly convenient to rent a Jeep directly from the host. We were able to explore the entire island at our own pace and even take the car ferry over to St. John for a day—such a great experience!Another highlight was the pool area—we had it almost entirely to ourselves every day. It was so nice to relax on the lounge chairs and unwind after exploring.Our host was extremely responsive and accommodating. We would absolutely stay here again!

Very clean place

Overall an excellent stay here although the water heater is shared with other tenants. Water only was warm and never hot. Wife wasn’t too happy about not hot shower water. Other than the water heater issue this place is awesome! AC’s work great, generator started instantly and ran one night on a brief power outage , place was spotless and comfy!

Great property

The unit we stayed in was a two bedroom and worked out great. There was 5 of us, so my daughter used the pull out. That was what you expect from a pull out couch, but there was an air mattress available. The hosr was very responsive. Loved that there was a cooler and beach chairs for us to use. Property was clean. Having a washer and dryer was a great help. Yhe ac worked great! Hope to visit again!
