Other things to note
❂ Shared Patio: The outdoor patio is shared by guests of The Quarters and Northside Studio. Please keep this area clean and welcoming for everyone. Personal belongings should not be left unattended in shared spaces, as management may remove them.

❂ Registered Guests: Only guests included in the reservation are permitted on the property. Visitors and additional guests must receive host approval in advance. Unauthorized guests may result in additional charges in accordance with our house rules.

❂ Additional Guests: Approved visitors are welcome at no extra charge when arranged with the host in advance.

❂ Beach Sand: Please rinse off sand before entering the studio. An outdoor faucet is available for your convenience.

❂ Quiet Hours: Please be considerate of other guests, especially during early mornings and late evenings. Keep noise levels reasonable in all shared areas.

❂ Smoking: Smoking is not permitted inside the property or in shared outdoor spaces. Smoking is allowed only in the designated parking area. Please dispose of cigarette waste responsibly.
