Panoramica del quartiere .......
La proprietà si trova in una strada privata lontana dall'autostrada principale, quindi non c'è rumore del traffico, ogni quartiere sicuro e accogliente, ci sono 4 case sulla mia strada e ne ho possedute due, vivo nel lato opposto della strada quindi sono sempre disponibile se il mio ospite ha bisogno di me. È vicino all'acqua a soli 2 minuti a piedi dalla spiaggia.

Come muoversi ......
Puoi prendere un taxi per andare ovunque tu sia, ma sarà molto costoso, consiglio vivamente di noleggiare un'auto per poter andare dove vuoi e quando vuoi. Abbiamo un'attività di noleggio auto a conduzione familiare e offriamo ai nostri ospiti uno sconto fino al 15% sulle auto a noleggio. Gli ospiti possono anche portare le nostre auto a St John sulla chiatta per auto da Red Hook per visitare ed esplorare le spiagge e i parchi di St John.

Altre cose da notare .......
Abbiamo anche un generatore automatico da 125 kW che è necessario nelle Isole Vergini. Se si affitta un posto senza un generatore e l'alimentazione si spegne non si avrà acqua corrente, Wifi, servizi igienici, ventilatori a soffitto, TV, docce, ecc ....

We needed the sun, and the sand of this charming island.

Dexter and crew did an amazing job communicating with us prior, during and after our visit. The condo is immaculate and very roomy for two couples to co-exist. Dexter was a great host. The condo is well equipped. We cooked every night and found sufficient pots, pans and tools to get the job done. Parking is a problem on St. Thomas, but not a problem for guests at the condo.

Great Place to Stay

We booked Scott Beach Condo #8 for two adult couples. Both bedrooms are master bedrooms with ensuites, and are almost identical. Only difference is one has access to the back deck. This condo had everything we needed to have a great time while in St. Thomas. Comfy bedrooms, nice bathrooms, lots of extra towels, great kitchen with everything needed to cook, beach chairs & towels, snorkeling equipment, and coolers. Gas grill was down by the pool. Pool was great. Had a problem with our toaster and we had a brand new one an hour later. Location was great. Not far from Red Hook. Great restaurants and the best beaches. The owner gave us some great suggestions for restaurants and beaches. We are definitely planning on staying here again!

Perfect Family Reunion

Would highly recommend this property. The property manager was amazing, friendly, helpful and kind. The property is located 3 minutes from Red Hook, 3 minutes from Secret Harbor. About 15 min from Coki Beach. Loved every minute. the condo was absolutely immaculate and had every amenity. We were very happy with our stay!

Loved everything!

Our stay at Scott Condos was absolutely perfect! The property offered stunning views that made every morning feel like a dream. Its convenient location made it easy to explore the island, and the place itself was modern, spotless, and thoughtfully equipped with everything we needed. The service and response times were exceptional— Dexter handled every question or request promptly and professionally. A highlight of our trip was exploring in the Jeep we rented from Dexter. We picked it up and dropped it off at the airport and loved having the top pulled back! We had a wonderful time and look forward to returning.

Great place

The condo was newly renovated, nice and clean, very convenient and well equipped. We appreciated the beach gear and towels, the AC, nice pool, and easy parking. It helped make for a wonderful vacation on St. Thomas! We also rented a car from Dexter, which worked out perfectly for our family. Highly recommend! Hope to be back soon.

Scott Beach Getaway

Still charming

Recent stay

The property was close to Red Hook and several of the beautiful beaches we visited. The condo was nice and clean with everything we needed. Great for two couples with both bedrooms having a king bed and a private bathroom. We even took advantage of the pool out back. The host, Dexter made us feel welcome!

Slice of Paradise!

The Scott Beach house Villa is a slice of paradise! Beautiful private view and very comfortable. The owner Dexter is very accommodating. We also rent a brand new Jeep Wrangler and it was waiting for us for us at the airport. [Dexter has the best selection of sporty jeeps] I'd give it a 12 on a 1-10 scale! Thank you Dexter for providing this special Villa and Jeep!

Just as advertised - Awesome!

Dexter was great to deal with and very responsive when/if needed. The view off of the back was fabulous and the condo was immaculate. We did not get to make it to the pool but it looked very nice. Great time and will stay again! We also utilized his rental car service and that too was seamless. They met us at the airport and off we went. Upon our return, they had someone meet us at the airport to pick up vehicle and that worked out great. The Jeep was top notch and worked out great for getting around the island. Highly recommended!

Great Vacation

The condo was just as the picture showed clean and beautiful! Dexter our host was so great with communication and any assistance! Loved the paper he left for us with local attractions and restaurants to try! Having beach towels, chairs, and snorkeling gear was so convenient and above and beyond!! Great stay and would definitely stay here again!!

Pictures do not tell the story

I would not stay at this house again. There were a lot of good points but some very bad ones as well. First impression was we were driving through the ghetto to get to the house. My wife was very upset. (cars on blocks, broken and windows, and abandoned buildings). When we got into the house it was boiling hot. I texted the owner and he told me to close the blinds. As you can imagine I was not happy. We tried to make the best of it, over the week the AC caught up with the heat and it was ok. Other issues were the water pressure. Its a condo with 3 other residences and I think it was only built for one, so when you take a shower the water was dribbling out of the shower. Finally, on the last two days I was trying to get some work done (over the phone) and the downstairs tenant was drilling and grinding where we could fill and hear it all through the condo. My clients could not hear me on the phone. I have never wrote a bad review on here and to be honest I do not like doing so but this was not a good house to stay in. thank you

Great location near Red Hook. Dexter was very helpful with info. Great to have snorkeling equipment and beach chairs in condo. Used them several days. Rented a car from him for a great price.

Amazing Property at a great location

We had the best time at this property. This is a very well maintained condo and at a perfect location. A few minutes from a secluded beach and minutes from restaurants and bars. We were pleasantly surprised with how clean the condo was. Probably the cleanest rental we have ever stayed at. The host was also amazing and was always available. Definitely coming back in the near future.

Great location!

The property was exceptionally clean and well maintained. There were lots of towels which we appreciated. Location is perfect, close to Red Hook and the ferry to St. John. We were bummed that the porch with the view faces full West so we had to have the drapes closed and couldn’t enjoy it in the afternoons but we enjoyed it for breakfast!
