This beautiful, 2-bedroom, 2-bath condo, “Three Little Sandpipers", is located in Watergate Villas in Bolongo Bay. It is steps away from beach, pool and multiple restaurants. Bolongo Beach is walking distance and has excellent snorkeling. Centrally-located 20 minutes from the airport and 10 minutes between Havensight and Redhook with many beaches and restaurants to choose from. Come relax and enjoy the breezy island right outside your front door!

Spring break getaway

This Condo is beautifully updated. Our family trip was to relax on the beaches for Spring break. We rented a car to get around the island which I believe is a must. The condo is located close to everything. Easy to get to Red Hook, the Ferry to St Johns, grocery stores, restaurants, and the Beaches around the area. Mims restaurant is right below the condo and easy to pick up food or eat there. Food was good. The pool at the condo was warm and beautiful. The oceanfront view from condo is amazing. It was very quiet and low key at this condo. You can take a small walk to the other condos and restaurant if you want a bar. We hung out at the beaches all day and were exhausted when we got back. The King size beds were great. And we had no issues with the air conditioning. They provide Beach towels, Tommy Bahama beach chairs, beach gear and a carry cooler. Everything to eat and drink is super expensive at St Thomas. Pack a refillable water bottle or insulated mug. We had a wonderful vacation at this Condo.

Wonderful Condo!

The Three Little Sandpipers is a beautifully decorated and fully equipped condo with an outstanding view of the beach and bay from the balcony. Amenities are excellent, including beach chairs and towels and toys for visiting various beautiful beaches, but no snorkel gear. Location is very good for driving all over the island, but still having beach, pool and kitchen right at our home. Our party of 2 senior couples were extremely comfortable. Communication with host is excellent.We loved our stay here and would HIGHLY recommend The Three Little Sandpipers!

View of the ocean and sunrise!

We absolutely loved our 10 day stay, walking distance to 2 excellent restaurants (actually Mim's restaurant was a VERY short walk) The place was far enough away from the cruise ships to keep it peaceful, but close enough to everything that we never had to drive more than 20 minutes to get to it.

Perfect for us!

We were thrilled w/ our stay here. We were looking for an ocean front property but as isolated as we could find and this was it! We have never been in a condo so close to the ocean. This particular unit is located on the top floor (3rd) on the end right above Mims Restaurant, which was not bothersome at all. The property has the perfect pool where you can turn your chair around to watch the ocean literally at your feet, while the pool is immediately behind you. FYI...You do share this property with iguanas that were fascinating to watch graze around the property, but were completely harmless. The location was great - about 10 min drive to Red Hook or Charlotte Amalie which provides many spots for shopping, dinning, excursions etc. We rented a car for the week so we could take in the entire island experience as this was our first trip to this island and would highly recommend. The unit itself was great - comfy beds, kitchen with everything you need. Washer and dryer also was nice added bonus. We would absolutely recommend this unit and would stay here again. Look forward returning to the island for more exploration and adventures.

Adorable Condo!

We had a fabulous stay here. The condo is decorated very nicely and had all the amenities we needed. Second half of stay we did not have a jeep rental, but easily walked to Bolongo Bay and found a taxi every time we needed one. Location of this condo is great for going to Red Hook to catch a charter/ferry or to go to Charlotte. Property managers were great to deal with and very responsive! Highly recommend!

Great condo

When we first got there one ac didn’t work however after a phone call fixed that. Was surprised the master bath with 2 sinks and bigger was with the bedroom not overlooking ocean. We don’t spend a lot of time in there so no biggy. I would suggest putting a chest or something tho in there to put clothes. Only other bedroom has that. There were 3 of us; us a couple and our sister. Mim’s is a restaurant right on beach on property. So good! Ate there quite a bit. You can walk down the beach to Iggies restaurant also. Good food also!! Swim up bar in pool too. Live music. Overall loved this condo. Had everything we needed. Even a washer and dryer which helped us. Loved the whole island.

Exactly what we needed

Apartment was just as in the pictures, clean and well kept. Beds were very comfortable with plenty of pillows. Beach chairs were a great add on. There is no beach access from the apartment complex, the pool has plenty of lounge chairs and seating. Host was very responsive to our questions.

Great view of Bolongo Bay

Nice updated clean condo with beautiful views! Lots of amenities were provided and kitchen was fully stocked. Beds were very comfortable! Property manager was very attentive to any questions/concerns that we had. Thanks to Ashley for returning something that we left behind!! :)

Wonderful view of Bolongo Bay

Three Little Sandpipers was a wonderful place overlooking Bolongo Bay on the south side of St. Thomas. Any questions sent to the owners received immediate responses. We were there for our son’s wedding at the Hideaway at Hull Bay, and this place was a good location, from which we could easily drive to Red Hook, to Charlotte-Amalie, or north to the wedding. Three Little Sandpipers also overlooks the pool and sitting on the back porch was a delight as the Caribbean easterly breeze makes time on the porch very pleasant. A great place to stay!

Perfect Villa for Vacay

Thank you so much to Ashley and Ms Carol (Smile Taxi) . From the time we arrived at the airport until check out it was nothing short of amazing ! My birthday trip to St Thomas would not have been great if it wasn’t for these two ladies . I cannot say thank you enough. The Villa : Beautiful ocean front and right above Mims (great restaurant ) must try !! We literally slept with the door open one of the nights . It’s a perfect view and location . The Villa is stocked with beach chairs , towels, snorkeling gear etc. nice and clean. The shower can get hot but make sure to shower separately . We also ate at Bolongo Bay Resort at Iggies another MUST TRY ! It’s only a 5 min walk on the beach. Smile Taxi: If you are in need of a taxi service BOOK WITH SMILE TAXI . Ms Carol is very prompt ,knowledgeable about the island , as she is a native . She actually cares for her clients and goes above and beyond . It is a family owned and operated company (another reason to book ) . We stayed for 5 days and each day it was hassle free ! Thank you to you and your team .

Nice, but improvements needed

The condo was spotless. Everything that they said they would provide was provided. What they did not provide however was anywhere in the master bedroom to put our clothes (no dresser, no closet). The kitchen needed what we considered necessities...a paring knife, colander, a broiling pan, another cutting board and frying pan. Easy fixes. We were disappointed that the complex had no beach. All in all it was a very positive experience.

Beautiful condo

The condo is just as listed and we loved updated interior. Definitely a plus to have coolers and beach chairs for us to us. Did have a short power outage at the end of our stay (didn’t matter as we were checking out anyway) and the owners were easily reached. Would definitely stay there again. Easy access to red hook.

1st time booking on Vrbo

This was my 1st booking on Vrbo so I was extremely nervous about the process but everything but the place looked exactly like the pictures. Check in was very easy. Beautiful views of the bay. Mims restaurant was a little pricey but delicious.

Wonderful Property

Everything you need, from beach towels, chairs, a cooler to Tupperware and spices is available here!! The condo is decorated very well and modern. The ocean is right out your balcony. We enjoyed sitting out there each evening and morning. Two restaurants are located within walking distance. Unfortunately, the bay was covered with seaweed at this time so we could not enjoy the beach. In another season I’m sure it is beautiful and it is a short walk away. We would highly recommend this location!! The host have thought of everything!

We enjoyed staying at Three Little Sandpipers Oceanfront because the condo is beautiful and updated with all the newest features such as barn yard doors, beautiful updated walk in showers with modern glass tile, a deck facing the ocean with plenty of seating and a gallery kitchen with windows, I slid open while cooking and listened to the ocean which was literally right outside the condo. Also, Mim's is a great restaurant to eat at and is located right outside the condo on the beach. The property has a washer and dryer, kitchen dinnerware, beach towels and more. This condo was everything and more than we expected.
