Top of St Thomas

Set high up close to Mountain Top, this property has gorgeous views of the harbor, at about 1000 ft elevation, but is only a 10-minute drive from the waterfront. Your days on St Thomas could include watching from the balcony as cruise ship come and go to other Caribbean islands, sunbathing on the deck before cooling off in the pool, and using the well-appointed kitchen to fix a tasty meal which you'll eat, sitting outside and enjoying the views some more!
The space
Newly renovated, the house has brand new kitchen cabinets and granite counter tops. Bathrooms have been completely updated with new tiles, showers, vanities and lighting, and the pool was recently resurfaced. The three bedrooms now have their own split AC unit to keep you comfortable at night during our summers, but note that the 1000-elevation and new ceiling fans in every room provide steady breezes.
The front balcony runs the entire length of the house and leads to a huge pool deck - perfect for sunbathing, outdoor dining or just enjoying the views. All room in the house are on one level and the pool deck is just one step up.
Guest access
Please note that below the house there is a one-bedroom apartment with a separate entrance, which is occupied by a long-term tenant who shares the parking area. The rest of the property - deck, pool, upstairs - is only for the use of guests.
Other things to note
We offer provisioning services if you want to arrive to a fully-stocked house and do not want to have to go grocery shopping on the day or your arrival . Please contact us for more information.

We have a Pack and Play on the Go Crib in case you have a little one with you!

Note: There are sporadic power outages on island. Nothing we can do about them! The water supply will be interrupted during these outages.
