“Great hotel and location. Breakfast was good with many options to choose from.”

“Staff was wonderful. Rooms are nice but dark. Our room didn't have much natural light and even with the lights on it was dark. Breakfast is good but a light breakfast. We enjoyed our stay that was right across the street from Straub Park and the Pier. Lots of walking, shopping and dining!! Really enjoyed St Pete.”

“I didn’t like I had to pay for parking . Bar was closed after 9:30 pm. No shuttle to take you places.”

“This is my go to spot for Rays games. Been staying here for years. Unfortunately the furniture is the same…meaning it’s time to start changing out some room furniture. It’s a bit worn. That’s all the negatives basically I can state. Checking in was difficult on this trip only because there were no rooms totally cleaned and available at 4pm. My thought was probably staffing issues,it was the first time it had happened. We finally checked in around 4:30pm. The manager added several thousands...

“-50 bucks a night for parking seems absurd - We did not receive any room service during our stay - The toilet in our room did not flush properly. We reported the problem to the front desk and the maintenance person came, but did not fix the problem. (Despite the fact that he left a note saying that it was repaired) Very inconvenient to have to travel 14 floors down to use the lobby restroom every time we had to "go" during our 3 day, 2 night stay.”
