“i stayed at Woodlands Inn for 6 days on a 11 day trip to India, primarily to watch some IPL cricket and do a bit of sightseeing. The Woodlands Inn was the best place for me to stay with wanting to do these things. The staff are pleasant and my room was small but clean and the water was hot. A nice tea/samosa/cookie, Sri Sabari Tea Stall, and snack store across the road and a good restaurant around the corner called Anjappar. There were restaurants , takeaways and shops nearby so good location but no attractions to walk to that we could find. Round the corner from a busy hospital so some noise but plenty of tuk tuks”

“Nice welcome drink. Very clean room. Staff were extremely cordial and helpful. They were extremely flexible in arranging a cab for us up to Tambaram station. It was always 'service-with-a-smile' at the reception and we greatly appreciate it. The restaurant served tasty food. We loved their chicken biryani and prawn 65. All foods were a bit too pricy though.”
