“Rooms are too small, not value for money and not well maintained. The AC in my room was gushing out water like tap. The bathroom glass shield fell off and wasn't fixed. The AC in the property seems inferior as it doesn't cool effectively”

“I stayed at this hotel while visiting family in Enugu over the Christmas period and it’s not bad. It’s a smaller hotel and the rooms are an ok size. I love they have a lounge area and sit down area. The room service was good as well. When I booked I was told complimentary breakfast but that was non existent . I can say that customer service was good. As far as improvement when a guest checks in to a new room I don’t expect to see my pillowcase or sheets with holes or stains. Although this was...
