“We were greeted enthusiastically by the owner, Pete, and felt immediately welcome. As we had never been to Brisbane before (having just flown in from Canada), Pete gave us all kinds of great ideas for enjoying the city. It was easy to hop on the bus to get to South Bank quickly and then hop a ferry to The Star for a nighttime view of the city.

“Whilst the location was ideal and the setup seems nice (good quality kitchen and furniture etc), the walls and ceilings seem to be made of paper. You can hear everything going on in the accommodation around you like you're in the room with them. Luckily, they actually supply earplugs in the arrival pack!! I was also woken up by cars wheelspinning outside in the middle of the night so maybe not a nice neighbourhood. The arrival instructions also confusing where it showed 2 different parking...
