“If your looking for a nice hotel to stay at for the weekend I really recommend staying at Home2 Suites by Hilton Phoenix Glendale-west gate the workers really nice and helpful.The room when we first entered so clean and nice I really recommend staying their no problems close to the stadium to and the outlets.”

“Alex and Maya were amazing and helped me and my disabled husband ck in and we got the wrong room as we wanted to view the fireworks from the room , they were so helpful in assisting with the change and were pleasant its rare now a days to see or get good customer service they were both excellent and an asset to your company.”

“The rooms and baths were good . The lobby, common areas and kitchen area were great. The pool area was very crowded at times due to the fact that the pool was shared with the hotel next-door. The pool itself was great! I have to say that the luggage cards are absolute garbage. They are three wheel carts . The wheels vibrate so bad that your luggage falls off of the cart! Happened to us twice!”

“This property is located in the WestGate ENTERTAINMENT District. However, the hotel is trying to maintain a quiet, peaceful ambiance. It is not aligned with the location. While at the pool, security is constantly rounding and asking questions of its guests. My family booked 5 rooms. There were a lot of us. It was disrespectful and annoying to feel as though we were being watched. We had kids with us. Brought snacks to the pool for them. We didn’t know that is prohibited. It was not a great...

“The place was very clean and well taken care of. The location was perfect - close to the freeway, shopping centers, gas stations, coffee shops and restaurants. The room itself was beautiful. The beds were comfortable and the water pressure for the shower was great. Loved that it had a kitchen with a full size refrigerator. Will definitely stay here again.”

“Property was nice and staff was extremely friendly. However our room wasn’t cleaned beforehand. We checked in a little later in the evening the sheets were set and we had fresh towels but the trash was overflowing from the previous people and the bathtub wasn’t cleaned and full of hair and had 2 used wash rags in the shower.”

“Thoroughly impressed with this hotel! Rooms were clean and staff was friendly. Absolutely magical large jet bathtub. Location was also awesome as there is a large amount of shopping across the street. I Will definitely be staying here again.”
