“Our room had what appeared to be construction dust as it was new construction. The front desk was rarely staffed. No hair dryer in room. No extra TP or towels, just one each. No tissue in room. Just seemed like a brand new really unorganized operation. Would not go back”

“TV was not fixed during my stay. I was there for 4 days. House keepers knew that this was an issue since a year but they never do anything to resolve it. But other than that it was ok. But In the future I wouldn’t stay there again. ”

“My room and the overall hotel was very clean and comfortable. My room came with breakfast vouchers and a $15 credit to put towards other food and beverage each day of my stay. The staff was very friendly and helpful and the chef in the hotel restaurant prepared AMAZING food! Overall, a great stay.”

“So it's obvious Expedia doesn't like the truth about the rooms they rent which is sad cuz the phone number is off of your website it's not personal it's just business someone needs to figure out why no one ever contacted me from Lotus or Sleek stay whatever you may want to call it since I never stayed because nobody contacted me I have no idea what the room was like solved the problem credit my account I'm not asking for much”

“I was pleasantly surprised how wonderful my stay was. From the greeting when I arrived to checkout all interactions with positive and friendly. The room and property was clean and maintained. I love that there was EV charging that was reasonably priced. The parking lot was well lit at night. Breakfast was fresh and plentiful. I will definitely stay again. I would love to see an offer for repeat stays if so, you would lock in my loyalty. ”

“I like staying at this hotel when I am in Phoenix/Avondale. I only had 1 complaint that I was supposed to have a room refresh after 3 days and that didn’t happen until the 5th day. My trash was overflowing and I ran out of towels. I asked the front desk staff and indicated I needed towels and it didn’t make a difference. It still took them 5 days to refresh my room.”
