The property is conveniently located across a shopping area and the entertainment arena and restaurants. “The laundry situation sucked. We had to use coins to wash and dry. Our clothes did not dry after one cycle. We went back downstairs to ask for more coins and they didn’t have any. We wished we just found a local laundry mat and started the washing process there. The staff at the lobby didn’t offer an apology for the inconvenience or a solution for my problem. We only had our room serviced once despite spending 4 nights on our stay. When re requested our trash to be taken out, we were told “oh...
