“Staff was great! This is a no frills hotel, but it’s new and clean. We stayed here for 5 weeks while our house was being remodeled. It only had one night stand and one arm chair, but two bar chairs. Very inconvenient if you need electronics at both sides of the bed. The peninsula chairs were hard and very low backed. If you need to work from your room, this would be very uncomfortable. Fortunately, we were on the ground floor. The elevator was broken twice during the 5 weeks.”

“The room was clean, comfortable and adequately sized. The staff were super friendly and helpful. The hotel was right next to the plaza where our concert venue was located. That plaza included a great variety of shops, restaurants and entertainment choices, which also makes the hotel a great place for a 'stay-cation'. Walking in the heat of June was not bad at all, as the buildings provided a lot of shade. I definitely recommend.”

“When we arrived, they told us there was no hot breakfast. Something about the oven broke or something like that. Then the next morning at 6:45 AM maintenance guy was out blowing the yard and I understand it's hot in Arizona, but that's unacceptable. And then at 7:15 in the morning, a woman opened our door and walked into our room and then walked out and when I called I was told I don't know who it is, but then they called back and said oh it was housekeeping they thought that you had checked...
