Hotels.com made us a lot of trouble. Although they declaired the price includeed fees and taxes it didn't. So we had to add extra 18% for taxes.”

Unfortunately despite signs everywhere asking tenants not to smoke inside, the bedding was permeated with the smell of tobacco. Worse, the apartment had not been cleaned well, especially the bathroom. And no one wants to find other peoples' hairs in a supposedly clean and freshly made bed. ”
