“Communication from the start was excellent. A couple days before arrival I received contact to enquire about arrival time. As we would be arriving late we were advised how to get our key, with full directions and pictures to make it easy to arrive without disturbing others. When we got into the room, it was lovely and thoughtfully put together, however there were no towels at all - a quick message later and this was resolved with profuse apologies (& and extra little packets of nougat!) Letztendlich konnten wir dann aber doch noch zu Fuß den Veranstaltungsort erreichen, die Lage des Hotels ist für unser Vorhaben unschlagbar gewesen. Wir habe uns sehr wohl gefühlt und würden immer gerne wiederkommen.”

“Lovely hotel, very quiet location. Comfy bed, huge bathroom combined with a small kitchen. Not keen on a motion sensor on the bathroom light as the fan came on too. OK in the evening but getting up to use the bathroom at night meant the fan and light were on for about 20 mins. ”
