“It’s a beautiful hotel in a beautiful setting right on the River Maas. The staff are extremely welcoming and friendly. Our Superior room was huge, and had views over the river, our son had a Comfort room, smaller but still a nice size and both had amazing large white marble shower rooms with walk in shower. No kettle to make tea, but luckily I had spotted that in another review and took one. Coffee machine. We ate in the Michelin star restaurant and had an excellent meal, flambed at the table....

“Nicely remodeled orphanage in a building dating back to 1660. Very small room, basically twice the size of a queen sized bed. Far half is bed, nearby side has a corner shower and a sink. Plenty of stuff to do in town no need to use room for anything but rest. Restrooms are shared on the floor and accessible via key fob.
There’s a nice lounge area with limited hours and service and an outside patio. This place is near everything in downtown Venlo and very walkable. Vehicle parking is a few block...

“Very nice hotel in a very quite area just next to a small lake. The location is very good for both vacation and business. The only disavantage is that in my room there wasn't air conditioning, so they place a fan inside the wardrobe to be used, but I found it only the next day! It would be nice to tell that to customers.”

“Camera non molto spaziosa, ma lo spazio ben distribuito. Camera molto pulita ed accogliente. Abbiamo utilizzato una camera al ptimo piano e come sempre utilizziami per abitudine le scale. Non so se c'e' la possibilta' di utilizzare un ascensore per chi ha bagagli ingombranti o portatori di handicap. Unico neo: lotano dal centro di Venlo. Non mi risula che ci siano mezzi pubblici comodi per raggiungerlo. Ottimo se si ha la macchina propria. Parcheggio davanti all'hotel gratuito, molto comodo....

“Das Hotel, unser Zimmer und das Personal waren hervorragend. Es gab Bademäntel und Schlappen im Zimmer, eine Kaffee- und Tee-Station mit Kaffeesahne, Zucker und Süßstoff, eine Flasche Wasser und zwei Äpfel und Rituals-Pflegeprodukte. Die Sauna und das Schwimmbad waren ausgezeichnet und ausreichend groß. Ich habe mich vollkommen wohl gefühlt. Ich würde jederzeit wieder hierher kommen. ”
