“We found it difficult to park - there was always someone else parked in front of our unit. Housekeeping did not come at all during our two night stay. We had to go and ask for clean towels. Rubbish was not removed during the two days. There was no coffee or tea. There is mould in the shower, and the shower leaked. The only thing we had to mop up the water on the floor was our used bath towels. The bed was very hard, and was two smaller beds pushed together to make a king, so not an actual King...

“Shower was blocked so would have to turn off the shower every 1min to let it drain because the water would pool out from the bottom of the shower into the rest off the bathroom. Shower around the bottom was dirty and bathroom. They do not supply any shampoo or conditioner like hotels usually would so I had to go purchase my own. ”

“I will say this.
In my opinion, the location is definitely one of the highlights of staying at this hotel. It’s right on one corner of the Brisbane river so, you’re surrounded by restaurants, piano bars, spas, etc. Also a great place to exercise considering the riverwalk is literally right there which looks pretty good on your Strava App lol. This Stamford also has a 24hr gym with pretty good gym equipment that won’t be too far off from the kind of workout you can have from your local gym....

“The motel appears a little shabby from the outside but the room was well appointed and clean.
There was a fridge so I could do food prep for the next day rather than constantly buying food whilst I was out.
The bed was comfortable too, although maid service was far too early for someone on holiday.
Great for the price though!”
