“We inly stayed over night but I will be staying again the next time Im in Ft. Worth. The property was very modern and clean. The room was also very nice and clean. ”

“The staff especially Marcus was very friendly and attentive from the moment we arrived and continued to check on us during our stay. We ate at the Duchess twice and it was very good. The location is great and is within walking distance to coffee shops and restaraunts. ”

“Bar was somewhat busy mirros and back of the bar was dirty lots streaks lot empty bottles and not alot of products on a Saturday during busy time, bar staff was very nice and pleasant. Room was nice heat and air controls off your either gonna freeze or Burn. The maid did wake me up 3 hours before check out. ”

“This place sucks! Run by kids who are unhelpful, property only had 1 working elevator for the entire hotel! Couldn’t help out with a ride service. Wouldn’t accommodate for an extended stay just a bad experience all around. ”

“No way to turn the fan on in the bathroom. Shower turns the tile floor into a slick nightmare. Early check-in needlessly expensive. We weren’t told what the valet costs but it’s stupid expensive. Call the hotel and you get a foreign call center who will give you wrong information. Appalling lack of consideration towards customer experience. Won’t be returning. ”

“The room was clean. I was a little disappointed that my room wasn’t cleaned the next day. I got back to my room around 4:00 PM the bed wasn’t made. Still had my towels from the morning my trash was still in the room. I had to go downstairs and ask the front desk. What time do you all clean the rooms. She said was there a sign on your door in the morning. I said no I didn’t put my sign up to come later. I told the front desk that to get me new towels. She did get someone to bring me clean towels....

“Location of this hotel was everything. Perfect for the zoo, botanical gardens, six flags and stock yards. But this was probably one of the worst stays at a hotel for us. They were doing construction behind the hotel so it's so loud. Then they had to shut off the water 10pm-5am! The rooms are so thin so you hear everything! Loud neighbors upstairs kept us up. The beds were absolutely awful! Literally sleeping on springs. The mattress in room 302 need to be thrown in the trash!! Breakfast was...
