However, at some point in our stay three necklaces were stolen from our room..I should have used the safe, but got careless and tucked the jewelry bag in my suitcase which was on a stand near the front door. I reported to front desk. This theft left a bad taste so I would probably NOT stay there again. ”

“While the property was beautiful in interior and we were so looking forward to hanging out at the pool…unfortunately, there was no service at pool and because of the location of the pool, no sun as the building created shade on the beds from the time we got there at 10am until we left at 2pm. “I am so incredibly disappointed in this hotel and their operations. I came out for Dodgers spring training and when we went to check in, they had overbooked and gave our rooms away. Then I came back to the hotel a year later , tried to stay at the same hotel and once again my rooms were given away because they overbooked. It seems like because I was through Expedia, (3rd party booking) my room was given to someone who booked on site. Either way, I was very disappointed as I love the hotel and...

“Clean rooms, nice staff, right in downtown Scottsdale so there’s a lot of food options and a Target within a 3 mile radius as well as other shops. Definitely planning on coming back here next time. ”

“We didn’t know that they only cleaned the room every two days and we were only there for two days. We only had one coffee cup and had requested they bring another one during cleaning the first day and they said they would, but since they didn’t clean, we didn’t get it. Everything else was great. It wasn’t quite soundproof, but it was pretty close - like the blackout shades too. Breakfast stopped at 9 AM during the week so we didn’t get a chance to try it.”
