Hotel a Staley

“It was a family trip ( 2 adults and 2 children). The cabin is settled in the middle of trees. The two queen beds were comfortable with a beautiful view of the trees . The table could seat 4 for dinner and a game of monopoly. The kitchen has a small fridge and a two burner cooktop. We had everything needed to prepare simple meals. Plenty of hot water for the showers with good pressure. The air conditioning unit kept us very comfortable We also had everything to make a campfire and s’mores. The...

“The seating area where the fire place and couches are was closed when the pool closed. The fencing should be re designed to allow guests to sit near the couches in the evening.”

“Beautiful spot with easy access to highway and groceries. Cute town near and lots of hiking trails with access to lakes☀️. Property is well maintained with different areas for camping, RVs, glamping & cabins. All the essentials are provided to cook, clean and relax. Buy some firewood and charcoal to have a bonfire and grill on the deck.”

“This hotel runs the incidentals as a charge rather than as an authorization. I caught this and called the hotel asking for a refund of the $100 incidentals charge. I was told it should be back in my account within 24 hours. 48 hours later it still isn’t returned. Just called the hotel again and was told it takes 5-10 business days for the refund to take place. When I told the woman this is why it should be an authorization rather than a charge she couldn’t care less what I had to say. This is a...

“The breakfast selection for Sunday was very slim. It seemed like a lot of the options were not available on Sunday that had been available on Saturday. They ran out of most items and we were down for breakfast at 7:00 am so it wasn’t because we were late getting to breakfast.”
