“There is no staff at the facility but someone is available by text The common areas were great. I can see how this would be a good communal area to meet others in the busy months or go with a big group of friends. I loved the work from home room. The outdoor areas were really nice too. Unfortunately the entry keypad into my room was very finicky. It would take me multiple tries each time entering my room to hit the numbers just right. My toilet seat in the bathroom was also completely broken...

“We stayed one night. It was a very easy check-in and out. Both individuals at the desk were pleasant and efficient. Our room was large and immaculately clean. Nothing fancy but it had everything we needed. The small refrigerator and microwave were appreciated. The beds were very comfortable. If in the area again in the future, we would be happy to stay at the Maple Terrace Motel.”

“Nice place. Had a good stay. First night was awful. Our building smelled heavily of weed. And, our room was next to the walkway which meant we heard alot of noise. Outside of that the guests in the building were noisy, loud hallway conversations, yelling, slamming of doors. I didn't sleep all night. Next day we requested a room change and building management accommodated us immediately and apologized. Pool area is huge and there is a nice hot tub. The ground has other pools that are seasonal....

“Wonderful and yes, cozy, atmosphere at this establishment -- a nicely updated, clean and well-maintained 2-story motel probably originally of mid 20th C architectural vintage. Excellent staff/proprietor who exudes a calm, polite and caring demeanor. Very enjoyable 2-night stay in the late spring of 2026. Good location -- particularly if one is interested in visiting nearby Clark Art Institute, Williams College or Mass MOCA in North Adams. Would highly recommend if looking for a colorful,...
