“Took 2 days to get any sort of housekeeping and I had 2 little kids with me... Had to take our own trash to the dumpster because staff refused to take it. They left a giant mound of laundry in the hallway for more than a day. We had trouble communicating with the staff members. Asked for certain items and were given the wrong things. I had 3 rooms for me and my family members and we all were unimpressed.”

“My room was lovely. The bed was perfect for a good night's rest. The place was immaculate and well maintained. I was thrilled to be able to use the pool early in the morning for my water walking. Dinner and breakfast were delicious. The staff were helpful and friendly. This is my "go to" hotel when I go to Portland, ME.”

“It was pretty much what we expected from an airport hub Comfort Inn. Staff was cheerful, airport transportation handy, breakfast options pretty normal but not refilled even though there was an hour and 1/2 left of breakfast hours.”

“Nice hotel for one night, far from downtown so you need a car. Overall ok for a short stay.”

“Very dirty hotel. The carpet on the floor hadn’t been properly hoovered before our check in and there was dirt / dust / stains all over chairs and other surfaces. The room unfortunately smelt of smoke (even if it’s not allowed to smoke there apparently) and the sink in the toilet was missing the knobs. Overall a terrible hotel. The only ok thing was the bed. Not uncomfortable and decent bedding. Also - the personnel at check in was very nice and helpful :) ”
