The room heating/cooling system was not affective. The pillows were uncomfortable and the mattress gave myself and my husband a bad back in the morning. The shower pressure was also terrible. The room was dated.

Ramside Hall Hotel, Golf and Spa
The shower was the worst shower in a hotel I’ve ever had. Quite disappointed in this key function of a bathroom, whilst away from home. Would not look to book again

Delta Hotels Durham Royal County
Staff were all fine. Reception area bright and clean. Elsewhere the hotel building appeared tired / worn, with some frayed carpet, creaking floorboards and scuffed doors. Durham City Cottages
Very pleasant stay in beautiful countryside. Very good food. Beds comfy. We felt totally pampered and at ease. Would surely recommend this hotel to anyone.
