Welcome to Harper House, your perfect PEI getaway nestled in the desirable Seawood Estates. This charming 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom home sleeps up to 5 guests and is ideally suited for families, couples, or a small group of friends seeking a blend of relaxation and Island adventure. Inside, you'll find a bright and comfortable living space designed for making memories.

The home is configured to comfortably accommodate everyone. The master bedroom offers a restful retreat with a queen-sized bed and a private ensuite bathroom featuring a modern stand-up shower and stand alone tub. The second bedroom is furnished with a comfortable double bed, while the third bedroom provides a cozy single bed. A second full bathroom, conveniently located for these bedrooms, includes a tub and shower combination, ideal for a relaxing soak.

For your comfort and convenience, the home is equipped with a full suite of amenities. You can stay comfortable year-round with the heat pump for air conditioning and heat, and a full-size washer and dryer are available for your use. The well-equipped kitchen features a large island, a full suite of appliances including a dishwasher, and is stocked with countertop essentials like a kettle, toaster, Keurig, and a drip coffee maker. For relaxation, you can enjoy a movie on the Smart TV, choose from a selection of books and board games, or spend time outdoors.

The spacious deck offers a private outdoor oasis with a dining set and a BBQ, perfect for summer meals, while the private firepit is ideal for evening gatherings under the stars.
