“This was my first time staying at this hotel, and it was absolutely amazing. I loved it so much! The view was fantastic, and the room was so clean. It was also really quiet, which I really appreciated. I really enjoyed my stay, and I will definitely book here again next time”

“No hot water, so couldn't have a shower. Or a warm water wash. They made me pay £10 extra when i got there "Because my original booked room had been given to someone else, so we had to give you a bigger one". Advertised as Bed and Breakfast, but no breakfast available. There was nothing on the property to indicate that it was a hotel, the front door code didn't work and the address they gave me was wrong, so i called at the wrong building when i arrived”

“Ottima soluzione per chi si trova in viaggio da queste parti. Posizione strategica per raggiungere Harry Potter Studios: serve ovviamente l’auto dato che l’hotel non è servito da mezzi pubblici. Nel complesso, comunque consigliato.”

“Albergo peggiore in cui io sia mai stato. Siamo scappati dopo 20 minuti, sporcizia ovunque, capelli e sangue nel letto, e addirittura uno scarafaggio. Nemmeno fosse un carcere. Non andateci, rischiate letteralmente la vita.”

“camera piena di ragni e ragnatele ho fatto una disinfestazione da sola, pavimento dire sporco è poco, lenzuoli sporchi, la stanza non è mai stata rifatta. chiedevamo a chi capitava quello che ci mancava.una sera mi è caduto un ragno addosso perchè togliendo le ragnatele,i ragni si erano sparsi per la camera.che schifo..”

“We had a lovely stay. The room was very clean, thanks to Barbara who did a very good job and was very pleasant. The room was nice and modern. The whole team of staff was friendly and very professional. The internet worked well and at a good speed. They had food available 24/7. It was easy to park the carfor free during our stay. Shops, restaurants and public transportswere at a.short distance walk. The room was quiet. We would stay here again.”

“No rooms available but I was charged for a room when booking. Left stranded at 8pm by the door to go find another room. When asked for a refund, I was told to sort that out myself as well.”
