“Great hotel, room was very clean, reception staff very friendly. Very small criticism was the shower, water pressure was very low (but might have just been my room). Very reasonable price (half what Village wanted to charge), will definitely stay there again when I'm working in the area.”

The whole team of staff was friendly and very professional. The internet worked well and at a good speed. They had food available 24/7. It was easy to park the carfor free during our stay. Shops, restaurants and public transportswere at a.short distance walk. The room was quiet. We would stay here again.”

“Camere pulitissime e tutte nuove, letto veramente molto comodo devo dire la verità non ho mai dormito cosi bene fuori casa! Colazione con buffet piccolino ma completo di tutto. Personale davvero molto gentile e disponibile,hotel situato in una posizione comoda per la metro e co pub e ristoranti nelle vicinanze! Davvero molto consigliato ”

“Letto comodo cuscini anche camera spaziosa ma il letto aveva spesso dei pelucchi neri e lasciando il cellulare sul comodino la notte, al risveglio aveva su la polvere”

“Hotel molto elegante e pulito, dotato di tutti i servizi. Televisore senza canali internazionali e sportivi, manca la cassaforte. La pecca più grande è il servizio di pulizia in tempo di covid, che non viene svolto su base giornaliera. Bisogna richiedere alla reception la pulizia settimanale e a me è successo che per due giorni non mi hanno fatto le pulizie per un disguido di comunicazione interno. “We have stayed here four or five times now and always such a nice base to visit family close by. Always a warm welcome and great breakfast to start the day. Warm room and comfortable bed. Shared bathroom is kept very clean. Free parking is a bonus.”

“Abbiamo soggiornato presso questa struttura in occasione del concerto dei Coldplay a Wembley a settembre 2025. L'hotel si trova a pochissimi minuti a piedi dallo stadio e nelle vicinanze non mancano ristoranti e servizi (la stazione della metro si trova nelle immediate vicinanze). Zona in periferia di Londra (ca. 30 minuti dal centro), molto tranquilla. Struttura molto pulita, camera grande e confortevole, servizi eccellenti. Ottima colazione. ”

“Non comodissimo. Bus di fronte 5 minuti e si raggiungono le stazioni metro e poi almeno altri 30 minuti. 2 notti non hanno cambiato le asciugamani né riassestata la camera. Riscaldamento/condizionatore piuttosto rumoroso. Comunque pulito e tutto sommato non male. Letti comodi. ”
