We had a variety of ages, and it was nice to have rooms on main level to avoid stairs. The loft space was nice and roomy, but beds are not in private spaces which was not a concern for us, but you need to navigate stairs for that sleeping area. The lower level of house in outside pictures is not part of the rental. The view is awesome, and a great beach access is a 5-minute drive away at Kayak Regional Park. Very enjoyable home and beach access not far away.

Great Stay! House was sparkling clean. Beautiful Kitchen. House is warm and inviting, plenty of space to relax and take in the spectacular view. Beds are so comfy didn't want to leave the cozy feeling. Hope to stay again !
