It was an honor to host the family I bought this house in 2019 from! The best comment Tina made was that she is so happy I turned the house into Airbnb - that way they get to spend time again in their former family home. That makes me happy!

It warms my heart to read this review. My cleaners are awesome, and I personally check each house every other week and do a full walk-through. I think it’s because we pay attention to the details that we consistently get 5 star reviews such as this one. Having enough towels, pots & pans, spices, shampoo, etc. even for large groups, coupled with an extra clean house, make all the difference.

It is wonderful to hear from our guests that the kitchen easily worked for making and serving a 12 person dinner. We often get asked if there are enough big serving or casserole dishes. The answer is yes. We have enough of everything to accommodate the needs of 17 guests, including large pots and pans (with lids!), 3 cutting boards, and enough plates, glasses, and silverware. We specialize in hosting large groups and are ready for your family reunion!

We put up a Christmas tree for the first time this year, and all guests are loving it! That makes it all worthwhile for us. I am an avid cook myself and check the kitchen of all of my properties once a month to ensure all utensils are clean and there. It’s awesome to hear my guests take notice and appreciate it.

This guest called me on a Friday night saying the A/C unit was out. It was on that one day it was about 100F here in Boise - in May! I quickly sprang into action and called an A/C company, but then the guest found out it was the breaker switch, and all was good. Usually there is no need for communication during the stay, but if something comes up, I am here and ready to help!

Our vacation time with our families is the most precious time we have. I honor this by making it my mission to create a wonderful experience for my guests. If there is no same-day check-out, I’m always happy to grant a request for an earlier check-in.

We always make sure all beds have fitted and flat sheets and a comforter with a duvet cover. In this one instance we overlooked one flat sheet. The front door has a key pad that is very easy to operate. There is also a folder with instructions for everything inside the house.
