“The room and the other places of the hotel very clean. Beautiful and quiet hotel to spend for couple of days there. The spa is large and comfortable, as is the outdoor pool.”

For guests who cannot consume gluten, this means that they cannot have a proper, satisfying breakfast. No alternative choices are provided apart from these five predefined breakfast sets. “Room was clean and tidy. The Mountain View and little balcony was very nice. The parking was easy and spacious. It was in close walking distance to the downtown Bansko area where all the bars and restaurants are. The owners were very pleasant. ”

“Arrived at the hotel but the man could not locate our reservation albeit we had only booked a few minutes before. He suggested we were at the wrong hotel but then showed us to the room. He wasn’t very friendly! We left the hotel at 8:45am but the reception was closed and nobody around. We called a phone number twice that was on the door but nobody answered so we had to leave the key on a hook on the door!!”
