“I recently stayed at Potawatomi and overall had a very enjoyable experience. The on-site casino was a lot of fun, with a great atmosphere and plenty of gaming options to keep us entertained.
The only issue during this stay was with the room service app. On multiple occasions, the app was not functioning properly, and I was unable to place room service orders. This was disappointing, especially since room service has worked well during my previous stays and I’ve never experienced this problem...

This is a gorgeous building (inside) with a beautiful renovation
Dinner at the restaurant was delicious
Staff was all friendly and helpful
Our double queen room was very large and nice

This hotel (especially lobby area) does not give off a "warm and welcoming" feel. They could improve this a lot with better lightning in the lobby and...

“Staff were helpful and friendly. Sylvester greeted us with a smile and was helpful in connecting us with a manager when we had an issue with the bed. Breakfast was always stocked and staff were keeping things clean and wiped up. I was really disappointed with my bed. The bed had a severe sag. I’m not particularly heavy. 185lbs but the bed seemed worn. I slept poorly the entire stay of 5 nights. The manager attempted to help with another room but the bed in that room appeared to have the same sag...

“Clean room, kind staff, well stocked kitchenette (dishes) and an ice maker in the freezer and a full sized kitchen table! The only thing I saw that was weird is that the cabinet under the kitchenette sink didn’t have a bottom and extra toilet paper and dish soap were stored on the floor underneath. It was a seamless check-in and check-out with a gas station close by and not far from some restaurant options.
No pool or breakfast, which was my fault for not reading but I would definitely stay...

“Clean, spacious room. Loved the motorized blackout shades and full sized refrigerator in the room. Breakfast was good, but very crowded which was no fault of the hotel's, but made it difficult to access all that the breakfast offered. Hotel was close to American Family Field which was the reason for our stay. If attending a Brewer game, we'd stay here again.”

“Our room was awful because the bathtub was always clogged when we tried to shower and the dresser was already broken and wouldn’t close correctly and the thermostat was broken we couldn’t open it to adjust the temperature at all. We asked for a different room but staff said there were no other rooms even though I believe she just didn’t want to do the paperwork to switch us to a different room. The breakfast was just granola bars and coffee and water and what is the point of doing online early...
