Hotel vicino a State Land - Tolland

“There was a liquid soap dispenser that didn't work and it fell off the wall. It was hanging on a screw. There were two tiny bottles, one shampoo and one conditioner. There were two of us, so we didn't take a shower the next morning. The air conditioner wouldn't turn on. When we checked out, the lady told us there was a button at the bottom of the unit we should've turned on. How could we have known about it? There weren't many TV stations to watch and at check-out, I heard two other guests...

“The hotel looks clean from the outside, the lobby and the hallways were messing looks like they didn’t even vacuum, the room we stayed in smelled horrible, had a mix of body odor and cat litter, the bed wasn’t stained so that’s good, but the fridge has some weird brown residue on the front and the bathroom countertop was stained as well, the fire alarm went off twice as well”

“This is by far one of the best hotels that I have visited!! The location was great, property outside was clean and well kept. Parking lot was right in front of the property. Went in and the receptionist was very welcoming, sweet and informative. The room was well designed, modern, clean and bright with everything you need. A few minutes walk up to a shopping area with Burton’s bar and grill- had a fabulous dinner there. Next morning had breakfast at the hotel which was delicious!! Highly...

“Very nice place and location but no.bar”

“We arrived late to find out that not only was the room I booked two month prior not available at 1 am but the only room available was a double with no air conditioning that “needed to be cleaned still”. In addition.. the property was dirty, there was still food on the floor around the “breakfast area”. There were old documents and papers stacked and scattered everywhere behind the check in counter. The computer wasn’t working properly. The only thing decent about this place was the tired clerk...

“Staff was rude. You felt like you were inconveniencing them when you walked through the door. As soon as you walk to the main entrance, it smells like cigarettes. The lobby was dirty. We walked into our room. It smelt like a litter box. We checked out immediately and the front desk thought my reasons were ridiculous. “ that’s the one room that’s never had a cat in it.”👎👎”
