“Location”

“Clean room , a bit dated. Basically as we checked in an hour early , they were going to charge us by the hour or pay the upgrade to the higher floor which was a better option for us. Not an ideal way to Nickel and dime customers when adequate rooms are available. Good views from the 20th floor, as we faced the lake. Convenient location , restaurants in drivable range and some walkable. Onsite restaurant with food options , adequate parking at a cost, Gas stations nearby.”

“The room that we got was next to the elevator and it was pretty loud we could not sleep at all.”
