This 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom all-brick ranch home has been completely remodeled from top to bottom. No detail has been overlooked. Statesboro Luxe is designed to elevate your stay with its luxurious features and prime location.

The Space:
**With 2 king beds and 1 queen bed, this home provides the utmost in comfort for you and your guests. Sink into plush bedding after a day of exploring, and luxuriate in the beautifully tiled bathrooms.

**Gourmet Kitchen**: Our fully equipped spacious kitchen includes a large island, featuring quartz countertops and all brand-new appliances, and is fully stocked for all your cooking needs.

**Enclosed Garage**: You will have access to park in the enclosed garage - you can even control it remotely from your phone during your stay!

**Large Fenced-In Yard**: The large backyard is the perfect space to gather with family for a meal, let the kids run around, or even just sit and star gaze. Enjoy the new patio seating recently added.

Guest Access:
You will have private access to the entire home.

The Neighborhood:
Nestled in the Market district, this quiet neighborhood offers a serene backdrop for your stay. And the best part? You are less than 5-minutes from everything, including restaurants, shopping, and convenient grocery stores.

From our driveway it is: 0.5 miles to Walmart Neighborhood Market, 2.8 miles to Publix, 2.8 mile to Bull & Barrel Steakhouse,

Best of all, for all Ga Southern events it is less than 2 miles to any activity on campus
1.6 miles to Paulson Stadium, 1.2 miles to Hanner Fieldhouse, 1.6 miles to Clements Stadium

Getting Around:
Uber and Lyft are readily available for getting around Statesboro.

We also have ample parking to fit multiple vehicles.

Other Things to Note:
No pets allowed - no exceptions.

No smoking or vaping.

No parties or events.

Quiet Hours are from 9PM-8AM daily.

The house was perfect for me and my family!! Perfect lay out and plenty of space. Close to everything we needed or wanted to do. Will definitely use again if we are in the area!!

We stayed here for parent’s weekend. The location couldn’t have been better, so close to campus. The house itself is very cute, comfy beds and plenty of space. The property manager was very responsive and check in/out was a breeze!

Clean, fresh, bright and comfortable. Everything you need for a comfortable stay. Close to GSU campus, restaurants and stores. Safe and very quiet neighborhood. Comfortable seating, comfortable beds, great kitchen, clean bathrooms, and large backyard with patio if needed. We stayed here two weekends and will use this again when back in Statesboro. Kaelin was quick to respond to questions and made sure all went very smoothly. Don’t overlook this great property!!

This is a very nice, updated property. It was a great location for us as it was close to GSU’s campus and all of our activities. We will definitely go back.
