“First of all the hotel rooms are very dirty. As soon as we walked into room they had used tissues around beds and bath tub wasn’t clean at all. When we complained about it to the staff they said they’re overbooked , didn’t even apologise and didn’t offer to clean it so we had to clean it ourselves because they promised to change our room next morning. When we requested towels and pillows thru the phone they kept hunging up on us. The next morning we complained again and asked to give them time...
