“I love the River Inn on Harbor Island. It reminds me of an older stately hotel like the Omni Grove Park Inn and the Martha Washington Inn. However, it is quite dark and the toilets are short (as in 14-15 inches high. So please take this into consideration. The restaurants here and around the hotel are terrific. But the best part has to be the employees that work there. Very kind, helpful, and knowledgeable of the area. We prefer this to the Peabody which is the only other hotel we have...

"L unica cosa che ci ha lasciato perplessi è la poca gentilezza di alcuni receptionist non disponibili a rapportarsi in altre lingue o se in inglese con slang non comprensibile. Altra falla ? Rispetto ad altre strutture europeee o dell’America stessa , non mettono a disposizione neanche una bottiglia d’acqua in camera ma ti costringono a pagarla minuto 12 dollari . Il resto ok"

"Sinceramente per un 5 stelle del genere mi sarei aspettato qualcosa di più… - Posizione meravigliosa con accesso diretto alla spiaggia - abbastanza cari i servizi, come d’altronde lo è tutta Miami - mancano alcune sottigliezze: accessori per il bagno non all’altezza per un 5 stelle, un solo accappatoio per 3 persone in stanza, mancanza di ciabatte…"
