“The room wasn’t ready when they said it would be then when they said it was ready they gave us the key and the housekeepers had just got inside it so we still had to stand outside the room and wait an additional 30 minutes for them to get done, the floor was very dirty , you had to pull the refrigerator out to open the door other wise you couldn’t get drawers and shelves to work, not enough parking the spots got filled so you had to park in the fire lanes in order to park, we will not stay at...

“I am writing to formally lodge a complaint regarding my recent stay in Florida, booked through Expedia. My experience was highly unsatisfactory due to several significant issues. First, the check-in process was poorly managed. Although check-in does not begin until 4:00 PM, the main office also closes at 4:00 PM, making it impossible to receive on-site assistance upon arrival. I spent two hours in a frustrating back-and-forth between the property and Expedia just to receive my door access code....

“This is the third time we've stayed at this property, it s a huge multi building hotel complex, not very new but correctly maintained. The rooms are very spacious, have a kitchen washing machine/dryer, really large bathrooms, nice balconies. (only note here: Mattresses could use an upgrade). The place is soo conveniently located easy access to the main highways to get to most of the parks, plenty of dinning options nearby, pharmacies, supermarkets, shopping, all what makes Orlando fun. Degli appartamenti indipendenti dotati davvero di ogni cosa, sia nella cucina che nel bagno, ed arredati con gusto. Delle zone esterne fronte mare con tavoli, sedie, sdraio, barbecue dove fare colazione, pranzo o cena con il mare a 20 metri. Sdraie, ombrelloni, asciugamani, tavole da surf, racchettoni e qualunque altra cosa vi venga in mente, tutto a disposizione degli ospiti. La manager simpatica...
