All the staff were very responsive and did a superb job. The restaurants were great and well priced. It was so refreshing to stay at a resort with no resort or parking fees. “I accidentally booked the wrong date by one week. Front desk staff seamlessly worked with my 3rd party site to confirm my meeting mistake which granted me a refund & then booked me a nicer suite for a fair Price for the right dates. The pool was nice & relaxing t to use in the morning. Gym was clean & offered water & a scale. I really enjoyed being able to eat at the restaurant on site. The waiter was fabulous & food was yummy!”

Room only cleaned one time as she was busy and kept coming at 4 pm when we were getting ready to go out for the evening. Add tips 20% and then the staff begs for more. The beach guy was annoying day one $150 for a daybed on the beach on Sunday it was $350 for the same bed. Food is marginal and its the same food in all restaurants. “Good location! Ample parking. When I checked in, the staff cleaning the rooms were very loud. The room was clean with lots of plugs. No view. Breakfast was great one day and so-so the other. Elevators are VERY SLOW! Rooms are quiet and beds nice and big. They have an airport and port shuttle. I will stay here again.”

“Everything was clean and constant cleaning in common areas. Staff was very friendly when we did interact. Beach view was perfect. The pools were great especially the infinity pool but the Shipwreck Bar Pool was very unique also. I would stay here again. Only thing I did not like was paying $57/day to park in an almost empty parking deck across the street.”
