Have away all the 2 queen rooms that day before we arrived even though that is what I reserved). No bottled in room (Hilton honors member). No dry/clean towels at pool. ”

“Location to cruise port, some shopping and restaurants is great. We waited for over 40 minutes at the airport for the shuttle to arrive for pick up. I tried calling the hotel twice and couldn’t get through to anyone. The man on check in was super rude when I let him know about the shuttle and the amount of people arriving. I asked him about booking the cruise port to airport shuttle and he said they don’t offer that. Yes they do. I booked it the next morning with the lady who runs it. He also...
