Hotel vicino a Port Everglades - Fort Lauderdale

“This place is LUXURY! The only issue was the MANDATORY additional valet charge that is clear from pier66 but not at all from Expedia whixh was disappointing bc we weren't aware of that or we qould have Ubered and saved the wasted valet fees, 75$/night! *(given the amenities we did not need a car as everything was right there) Such a nice place wish we would have researched and prepared to plan better as ee only got to use the pool but saw we missed out on SO MANY OTHER amenities ♡ it is...

“Magnificent, quaint, European flare.... Super cozy bed, pillow-top mattress, sleek, crisp clean sheets and pillows that relax the neck and head. Variety of TV channels, plush spa like towels and top notch toiletries. Super clean rooms, fresh. The pool area is small but the surroundings are plush, lots of green plants, trees give plenty shade. It is possible to feel the ocean breeze from across the street. Beautiful lounge chairs with matching umbrellas. Loved it!!”

“We really liked this hotel. The staff were all friendly and helpful. A few things I didn’t like. We had tiny little red ants in our room, mainly in the bathroom. No free WiFi and no complimentary water for the room. Traveling with two little kids made that a little challenging. Will we come back though? Yes, definitely. The resort had a lot of amenities for the kids. The workout room had everything we needed and more! Had most of our lunches from Sea Breeze restaurant and not once disappointed....

“Room cleaner opened my just bought container of grapes and removed grapes on 2 occasions. To the point I refused to eat any of it incase hands used to clean toilets and other areas touch the others. In addition, pajamas that was folded and placed under the pillow returned and was tossed on bedside table or onto sofa. All of which was photograph and showed to from desk at checkout with the promised management would be notified immediately when in.”

“Drive away found that security gate was left unlocked.Because they have day visitors that pay a fee, and so the door is left unlocked for their access. We went to the office and we're greeted by the employee, mauricio,, who was very friendly and attentive throughout our visit. That is the best I can say about the whole experience.As I have providing pictures showing mold and on the bathroom, walls are peeling pool equipment that has mold in it a jacuzzi.That's all green and yucky it was just...

“Personally, it wasn’t a bad stay but I rather pick another location…the amenities were outdated and there isn’t any front desk to talk to someone you have to call for everything and have to wait for towels and belongings until the following day. We also got the wrong room they wouldn’t change our room..”
