My key cards had to be replaced three times during my four days stay. Also, the one elevator was not functioning correctly and was down at least 4 times during my stay. I am a visually impaired individual and it made it very difficult for mobility. I am wondering what guests would do if they were using wheelchairs or mobility...

“Yes, kitchen was equipped, good size refrigerator, coffee pot but no filters? For what filter cost they could have bought a couple of bags and put a little in each room. I know it sounds petty but when you go shopping for dood and wake in morning to make coffee it is very upsetting. Hopefully they will do what I suggest. Shops not far only over bridge to publix ot fredh market. Our first room had a oder but when I got on app to contact someone as we got there at 8 p.m. and the office closes at...

“I stayed at the hotel 5 night and each night was either an issue of getting stuck on the elevator because the card sensor was glitching Or after long hours working and coming late at night my room door wouldn't open it will glitch and I would have to go back downstairs just to get my key fix When I told the man at the front desk his response was it happens to everyone the stuff glitch a lot. I don’t like how my inconvenience was brushed off.”

“We loved our stay here! The host was very good at communicating timely when we needed anything. The room was great! We loved the pool. The place is in a great location, walking distance to nearby stores, bars, and restaurants, and also the bus stops! We will definitely be returning !”

“We enjoyed everything with our stay except the female staff person in the am. She has a, superiority complex, she would be wise to stay in her lane. Room/bathroom clean, gym clean. Elevators slow, but minor. Nice breakfast although many close alternatives. Grocery and drug stores walking distance. Shuttle very helpful.”

“The place is very nice. Our room was comfy and clean. It had a mini fridge and a microwave. Location is great, it’s short distance from FLL airport and the Cruise terminals. I felt the area wasn’t within walking distance of much but finding uber rides wasn’t hard. I would definitely stay there again! ”
