“The hotel was very understaffed - long waits at the front desk and in restaurants. Our room had a leaky faucet and we woke up to a flooded bathroom at 4am. We were the ones who cleaned up the water, took a picture of the broken faucet, and notified staff. No help, no apology, no thank you. This was the worst Marriot I have experienced.”

“Drive away found that security gate was left unlocked.Because they have day visitors that pay a fee, and so the door is left unlocked for their access. We went to the office and we're greeted by the employee, mauricio,, who was very friendly and attentive throughout our visit. “This is easily one of the worst properties I have ever stayed in. Firstly the check in information arrived significantly later than it was supposed to after I had to chase the host. Secondly, the images shown in the listing were nothing like my apartment. The bathroom was tiny with a shower that was either freezing cold or scolding hot with no in between.
