Our room was not cleaned on the first night, and despite calling to schedule housekeeping, no one ever came. “Everything about this stay was amazing. The location is super relaxed and gorgeous, right by the water with a great walking track. The room was fantastic, everything we could want we found in the room. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The only thint i will say as a slight negative is their system failed to create cards or connect. So this is advice for management of the property. Upgrade your computer and network infrastructure. “Airport shuttle was OK, long wait. Carpet was wet throughout. There were 5 of us so clearly booked because of the ability to have a pull out sofa. The pull out mattress was absolutely horrible, linens provided were thread bare, only one pillow. Called the desk for a blanket, never delivered. Phone did not work consistently. We did not eat breakfast. ”

“Arrived at dusk and was told the pool was closed, but there were plenty of people in it so my kids were able to enjoy it. Beautiful property surrounded by the marina & all of the boats. The little café has a little bit of everything you might need for a snack or coffee, beer, wine. Breakfast would’ve been 33 per person so we passed on that. Very busy at checkout with all the people departing for their cruises. Room was adequate two double beds & a decent bathroom. The view was beautiful.”
