“Breakfast was fine , within 30 minutes of checking into our room . I had 2 people come into our room with room keys they were given that also unlocked our door. We went to front office and only appolgy was saying they removed the ammenities of the room andreplaced key. When we checked out the next morning i asked to remove my credit card and I paid cash for the room $368 dollars. 2 hours later a charge of $435.28 was charged to my credit card ! I am beyond aggravated and stressed. ”

“Smaller than Cherokee but has everything. 3rd long weekend stay. Don't like that they insist on early check-in fee of $30 dollars for even one hr. Prior to 4pm. The rooms are available as no problem if you pay the fee .”

“Emmie was wonderful when we checked in. The room was great! Loved our view! The only bad part was due to rain, they closed the pool for the whole day. Couldn’t even go relax by the pool.”
