“Ero pieno di aspettative per questo hotel ma sono rimasto deluso. La camera era vecchia e, a tratti, non ben pulita. Mancava pure il tostapane che c'è sempre negli hotel americani (non avendo la colazione è utile un tostapane). Tutto un po' trasandato. La piscina carina ma nulla di più. Ottimo, invece, l'ingresso alla spiaggia. Personale cordiale e gentile. Visto il costo non credo ci tornerò. ”

“ancora un albergo dove sei un cliente e non un numero...per davvero. un albergo elegante dalla splendida architettura anni 70? direi primi 80? non ti rompono le scatole con le luci che si accendono e si spengono con la cartina chiave, cosi puoi lasciare i tuoi cellulari e i tuoi computer a ricaricarsi quando esci. un luogo non falso per turisti, ma vero, al centrodi downtown Washington dc. comodo, parcheggio, d'estate piscina.. ”

“This was the first family trip in a very long time. We had an amazing time. The hotel was clean and the employees were anll very friendly and helpful. We loved the waterpark and the arcade. Only thing that we could complain about was our room location. It was on the first floor facing the lobby check in area. So while we tried relaxing on the patio it was hard due to the high number of cars and buses coming and going at al hours of the day and night. Also, waiting to retrieve my id after...

"A questa struttura non manca proprio nulla: parcheggio, piscina, area giochi, lavanderia, starbucks, gelateria, pizzeria e ristoranti. Le camere sono molto grandi e comode, anche se il bagno andrebbe rinnovato. Ottima anche la colazione dolce e salata. Ma il vero plus è che si possono raggiungere gli Universal Studios con una breve passeggiata a piedi o con la navetta gratuita! "
