“Property was beachfront and the view was great. The check in process was smooth and even though my room wasn’t ready, I was understanding and just waited and the staff was very nice and apologetic. Even the timeshare people weren’t pushy. The amenities were nice and i did see that there was a prior bar/restaurant area. That should definitely be opened up, it would make a killing. “They gave us 2 separate cabin numbers with the same entry code. After not being able to get into either we went back to the tiny "security hut", where a man was not happy to have to get up to talk to us. He told us he can't help and to call a number listed on the hut for Expedia travelers. They gave us correct cabin number and entry code. We get in and its nice, looks like pictures but definitely has a black ant problem but nothing awful. That night and the next we were woken up to people trying...

“The electric was off when we arrived. We went out one day and when we got back the keypad didn’t work. There was a night the WiFi didn’t work and we woke up at 6:00am the next morning to the electric going out all over again. The water in the shower did not stay hot for very long. The sink in the kitchen didn’t get hot at all, only the bathroom sink. ”

“Everything was very accommodating especially host..we arrived thinking we had booked our arrival night. I had not placed that booking until the next night. She booked us that night and made it so we were in the same cottage for the whole duration of our stay. A wonderful place to stay would highly recommend it!”

“Rooms were clean, air conditioning worked great, staff was very nice anytime I spoke with them. Check out process was very simple. My only complaints and these are personal preference is the beds could have been a bit bigger. The bedrooms have the space to accommodate slightly larger beds and they could have been a little softer for my liking but that is honestly the only bad thing I could say. Location was great for what we had planned everything was 25 minutes away. ”

Degli appartamenti indipendenti dotati davvero di ogni cosa, sia nella cucina che nel bagno, ed arredati con gusto. Delle zone esterne fronte mare con tavoli, sedie, sdraio, barbecue dove fare colazione, pranzo o cena con il mare a 20 metri. Sdraie, ombrelloni, asciugamani, tavole da surf, racchettoni e qualunque altra cosa vi venga in mente, tutto a disposizione degli ospiti. La manager simpatica...

“Everything was Great at the Turtle Reef Resort, We Loved the Beach. Only problem was the lock (access code) to Open and Lock the door gave us problems every time we leave or open the door.”

Receptionist disponibile, struttura con piscina e parcheggio, nel mio caso monolocale dotato di aria condizionata e ventilatore a pale, cucina completa e ben attrezzata ,closet, bagno con finestra e articoli da bagno. Molto pulita sia la struttura che la camera. Presenza libreria free e lavanderia. Vicino alla fermata del tram e a ristorantini. Ottimo rapporto dotazioni/prezzo. Vale la pena!”
